I’ve been wanting some Captain Morgan Long Island Ice tea for a while and no store near me sells it. I seen that this store had it in stock and happened to be in the area today. Got the last bottle. This store has a wide variety. Everything that you’re looking for. Just make sure to bring your ID and everyone in your group has theirs because you’ll be denied.

This place is ridiculous. I went in with my brother and the lady asked for both of our IDs and I didn’t have mine. She said we couldn’t purchase it because I didn’t show my ID even though my brother did. She also never carded the people in front of us which made it even more ridiculous. The girl in front of us was with her mom and she didn’t even look close to 21. I guess they didn’t care to ID her though because she was with her “legal guardian”. STUPID!!! They didn’t even allow me to leave the store so my brother could purchase what he wanted. They said he couldn’t come back within the next 24 hours. Not to mention there are literally young children running around the store too which they don’t seem to care about lol. Their policies are absurd and make absolutely no sense. They just assume based off looks. By the way Target and Shell are both worth more than your company and they don’t follow this dumb policy. It’s unfortunate because we never had this problem before but we will not be coming back here. Also the lady was rude about it too. Don’t go there unless you wanna experience discrimination!

Not one to write reviews, but worst experience at a liquor store ever. Went in with my husband to buy Father’s Day gifts and left my wallet at home. My husband had his ID and when we went to check out the cashier was very rude. She said that I needed to have my ID for my husband to purchase anything. I showed her a picture of my ID that I had on my phone, as I was not anticipating needing my ID for things I wasn’t purchasing. She continued to handle the situation very poorly and when the manger came over he was much nicer but still wouldn’t complete the sale. Multiple people came up to us following the incident telling us how ridiculous it was and how they have had similar negative experiences with the store in the same manner. I’m over the age of 21 and Grapes and Grains down the street had no problems selling us what we needed. Total Wines really needs an updated policy for this and kinder employees.

Total wine in Alpharetta , Beautiful atmosphere but the attitude and poor customer service took away from my experience .karly in particular I handed her my identification card and she placed on the counter top even though I had my hand extended out to her to receive it back . She went get my order tI extended my hand once again to receive it and she placed it on the counter … rude .
The manager I didn’t his name I was in the cigar booth he came in and
How can I help you?
Me- Hello how are you doing? Do you have lady killer
Him- I don’t have what your looking for
Me- Do you have any of these ( showing him a picture)
Him-No
The manger was rude and so was Karly . Let us not forget that it doesn’t cost anything to be kind .

Total Wine requires everyone's ID who is at the store with you to check out. They told me that if my wife left, they still wouldn't let me check out because she was with me and didn't have an ID. They have a 24-hour come-back policy if you want to check out alone. They also said they wouldn't ID my child, which implies they think my wife looks like she's 20, but not my kid? That doesn't make any sense. Go where you're treated well with logical policies, not Total Wine.

An enormous selection of beer, wine and spirits….actually a little overwhelming to be honest if you are a casual drinker. The store is well organized, first by the type, then alphabetically. This is where the friendly and talented staff come into play. If you are not sure of what you need, just tell them what you are planning to do with the liquor, your price range and any prior “maker” you liked, and they will steer you to a few options. Then you can pick the bottle with the description you like….or maybe just the graphics on the bottle. I’m not sure about their regular prices , but their specials are good.

Wonder experience. I’ve ordered cases of wine on several occasions. My order is always correct and completed well ahead of schedule. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I do almost all my liquor shopping here. Great selection, competitive prices, and the staff is always at the ready to help any customers with any questions they may have. Would recommend to anyone needing to restock their home bar, try out a new bottle, or grab some cigars for a relaxing evening!

The store is great, the staff is RUDE. I just called to inquire if there would be any sort of discount if I purchased 40 bottles of Woodford. Immediately met with “oh no no no” - such a rude way to say it. One “no” would have sufficed. I buy champagne in cases here and get a discount so was just wandering if it was the same way. Will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere! It’s fine for them to not be able to discount it but being rude about it just lost you $1,200.
