I recently visited the store and found it to be quite busy. Despite the crowd, the staff didn’t really handle it smoothly. Jessica, in particular, stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure each customer felt valued despite the rush. Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made the experience much more pleasant. Kudos to Jessica for maintaining such high standards even during busy times!

Back several years ago I was racially profiled at this location because the lady thought I was stealing clothes from the fitting room. Don't shop at T.J. Maxx if you're black.

Since I’ve been coming here for years, I have to say this is the first time I am truly disappointed with this location. How do you only have 3 registers open with the line so long. I waited for a good 20-25 mins just to check out. This is worse than Walmart.
