When I picked up my framed picture, I didn't think to look at the back of it. The backing has gouge holes in three of the corners. Three of the brackets holding the four pieces of the frame are the same, while one is different. Three of the metal pieces which hold the backing in place are the same while one is different. However, it is not the same corner as the different bracket. All in all, it looks quite amateurish and is not the up to the quality I expected.

I am super thankful to Thompson Framing gallery for their expeditious service.Wasn't expecting any particular outcome today, because my frame had fallen off the wall but I am extremely satisfied and will be returning. I'm the future. Good people.

Wonderful gallery. Helpful and not pushy when selecting frame. Reasonable pricing. Had a painting get damaged during framing and the manager Craig went above and beyond to make it right. Would definitely recommend and will return with future framing needs.

Skip the box stores and go to Thompson’s for your framing needs! They have a beautiful selection and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful with picking out frames, matts and glass. They also have a huge selection of ready made frames. Their pricing is great and you don’t have to wait for a 50% off custom framing gimmick to get a good price. I’ve always been surprised with how quickly they turn around my order. I won’t go anywhere else!

Had an emergency framing situation with a couple different hiccups along the way and the staff here were very compassionate, accommodating, and professional. Not only is the actual work top notch, all the employees I interacted with here both in person and over the phone made a very difficult situation a little more pleasant and bearable. Thank you to Craig and your team, will never forget all your help and will continue to bring all my framing needs to this store. ??

excellent staff, great employees very helpful & very friendly I definitely recommend this place for all your framing needs.The young lady that help me was so wonderful when I first walk in to frame my picture. And not to mention the young lady that help me when I went to pick up my picture that actually help me walk outside & carried the picture to my car.. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!Sorry I didn't get names of the 2 young ladies that help me!..but everyone there seemed very helpful & extremely friendly.

I'm so glad I've found this place. They have such a large selection of frames and mats you can spend all day trying to pick a favorite. The two options for "glass" are amazing too. One of them is museum quality and is totally invisible. Then there is the staff! Angel helped me put my order together and was wonderful to work with. She knows her stuff. As a professional photographer selling wall art I will definitely be back to have them frame my customer's art work knowing that what they sell is archival and the work done is excellent and will last a life time.
