Best Dressed Child,I have been a satisfied customer of Best Dressed Child for 13 years, recently an error was made, I notified them and within 15 minutes I received a reply, and the problem was corrected.They take pride in providing excellent customer service and excellent choices of quality clothing.

I really don’t understand why people have negative reviews about this shop…. They were beyond prompt with email communication and shipping. My order arrived on Thursday and I placed it Tuesday night. I will absolutely order from this store again. I love supporting small businesses and am happy to pay for shipping…. Thank you best dressed child. I hope this review helps.

I would NEVER recommend this website/store to order from. I placed a rather large order (over several hundred dollars) and left off an extra pair of pj’s. They would not allow it to be included in that order even though I alerted them in under 30 mins. from it going in. They finally wrote back -days later that I would have to place another new order. I received an email stating a Discount Code-it was only 3 letters and 1 #. I put my order in and tried the coupon code numerous times. It would not take it, I did it, every which way I could think to try it, to know avail. When I wrote them about it, they told me I could use it next time on another order, and they had then added another letter to the code so in truth, they had sent an incorrect code to start with that wouldn’t work. I was very disappointed and quite unhappy. I wrote them a number of emails and they were very nasty, very rude and very ugly. Basically, they said they didn’t care. It didn’t matter to them about Customer Service at all. I did receive my order, my first order it took over 10 days to come. I had to pay for mailing. It was packed very very tightly was not packed in tissue or nice at all. It was all wrinkled. I would never order from these people again, and was very, very dissatisfied. I have never before reviewed any store …. This is more of a SCAM type - BEWARE!

Garbage customer service. I returned a romper that I bought for my sons christening. We found another outfit that wasn’t too big like this one I got and I returned it. (They don’t pay for returns no matter what so you eat that cost yourself) I sent it back and got home today to find it sent back to me with a nasty note taped to the garment that it wasn’t shipped out to me with this stain on the collar, same color of their stained label to me on the box (pictured) what a racket ! They clearly aren’t doing well so making these claims so they keep their bottom line, not only was the customer service /communication garbage they have no one answering their phones and they don’t allow you to leave messages bc “nobody checks this line” won’t be ordering again, and warning my friends and you google reviews people don’t shop here.

Customer service is AWFUL!!!! I ordered from them during Christmas. Got here no problems. I live in WA. Tried to order for easter and got some error message about not selecting a shipping method, when this wasn't even an option. Emailed customer service, they said it's fixed, try again. Nope. Didn't work. Waited a few days so they could fix it. Tried a second time. Nope. Still didn't work. Emailed customer service and they just reiterated I'd not get it by Easter. Well duh! Of course I wouldn't because I couldn't even freaking order it!! Tried again two more times and emailed them two other times and it's just being ignored. Middle finger behavior when someone's trying to give you their hard earned money speaks volumes about your co. Luckily I found the items I needed elsewhere. Cause I won't be coming here again!

my first negative Google review... I saw two lovely swim suits but every time I went to purchase, the checkout process said there was no shipping, even though the website states they ship to 48 contiguous states and PR. We live in Oregon. I also tried a KY family member address - no dice. I then contacted customer service politely and they replied with a terse, "no we don't ship there." Did not address me by name, ignored my polite inquiry as to where they do ship, ignored a subsequent polite email inquiring if they ship to KY. The website is misleading and I felt disrespected as a customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Best Dressed Child. While they may have beautiful items you do not want to have to deal with them through email. I placed a massive order and was so excited when it arrived four days later. Unfortunately one of the items I purchased was missing from the box. Right away I emailed the company to let them know. Their response was to check the box again because they knew they had packed everything. Again, I triple checked the box and the one dress was missing. I had asked them to please just mail out a replacement since I had planned for my newborn daughter to wear this dress for Christmas. They refused and instead told me they were issuing a refund. The dress is still in stock but they clearly don’t want to be bothered with correcting the order. The person responding through customer service never provided their name and was very short and annoyed sounding in their responses. This will be the last time I ever order from this company. They are clearly passive aggressive with their customers and don’t want to be bothered with fixing an order to develop customer loyalty. Many boutiques carry these same brands so I will happily take my money to a much kinder small shop.

They canceled my order without sending me a cancelation notice. When I emailed them asking when I could expect my package they told me the order was canceled due to repeated use of the welcome coupon. I had signed my husband up for the coupon but I guess there is a limit of one per household?? Wish they would have been more clear about that on the website

I have had excellent customer service with Best Dressed Child! My outfit arrived within 2 days, but was stained due to the mail ripping the package. I emailed customer service on a Saturday morning and by the afternoon I had a response and they were already sending me another. This outfit is for a wedding and I’m so thankful they took such good care of the outfit we need! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I received a defective item- first I contacted the company and was told to contact the retailer instead. After contacting the retailer because it’s not NWT in 30 days they don’t care. Spend your money elsewhere.

The Best Dressed Child is a wonderful company to find unique and beautiful clothing for children! I have bought many pieces of clothing from this site and have never had to return anything, which is unusual when doing online shopping. Truly, if you are looking for special children clothing, shop at Best Dressed Child.
