We cannot get anyone from that location to return a call and it is impossible to reach the branch directly!Is there an extension to get to the location manager?

Although there was a wait because the person at the walk-up counter is also doing phone support, they ultimately were able to multitask and get me out of there in just a couple minutes. It was actually significantly easier than I expected. Another customer was there for an appointment and the other customer service person was asking if they needed water, coffee, anything else. Customer service seemed excellent. It was my first time visiting this specific branch, and I usually dread going to a bank or a financial office; however I won't hesitate in the future to go back whenever I need to. It was very friendly, fast and efficient, which is exactly what you'd hope for!

Laura must be one of the most unprofessional "Brokers" I have ever encountered, A blot on TD Ameritrade. How far has erstwhile Scottrade fallen. Stay away from this branch better yet stay away from TD Ameritrade.

It is impossible to call this branch directly. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes with their national client services center because nobody at the Alpharetta branch will pick up the phone. I was calling to get info for setting up a new Roth account for my daughter but will now be getting information on closing all of my wife and I’s accounts and moving to Fidelity. This is ridiculous.
