The store is consistently understaffed, and the staff that is there is quite rude. The past several visits I have come to this asking for locked items and I have to go through multiple employees to do it, and that’s when they decide to get around to it.

Good lord.. I made the mistake of ordering some groceries via ubereats in a pinch after getting home from the office and not having time to get everything done and shop. Either I had an incredibly vindictive shopper, or you have a store full of mold! Three items of produce: Jalapeno peppers, blueberries, and spinach, all had mold all over them right after I opened the target bags. Idk, maybe the sopper just went to the target dumpster instead because clearly this poses a serious health concern, especially considering the packages weren't sealed fully meaning your other produce definitely has mold spores on it. Pretty nasty. Don't buy any of their fruits or vegetables for a while, they have a mold problem right now.

Not always had the best experience here, but decent. However, the last time I was in, Diane was excellent. She took care of me, helped me with my purchase, and had patience. I'm so grateful for her; we need more like her. The last few times I’ve been in, she’s made my experience excellent.

Awesome experience buying a smart watch. Dwayne in the tech department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back because of his good lasting impression!

Lack of assistance…I went in to purchase an item from the tech counter. The tech associate avoided helping me and walked away down an aisle when he realized I was walking toward him to ask for help. This was after waiting 5-10 minutes for help to arrive at the tech counter and using to kiosk to “call for help” 4 times.

Tatget moved it's Black History Month section all the way to the back of the store with hardly any signage & very few selection. Previously it has been located in the very front of the store with lots more to choose from. This is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! 3stars are because Ms. Joyce is always so helpful! And professional! If not for her i'd give Target 0

Customer service is not dead here because of awesome employees such a Zaden. He is incredibly helpful yet one of the friendliest team members I’ve met at any location of any retailer. Keep this young man motivated! Target needs more team members like him!

Target on Northpoint pkwy has the best customer service ever! If you are going somewhere else for proscription change it and come to this pharmacy in Target.
