Had an excellent experience working with Arthur at Sweetland. My wife and I were looking for an outdoor porch swing and Arthur was able to recommend the right kind taking our requirements into consideration. His follow up was excellent and he was extremely responsive to questions we had about the hooks that were installed by our
deck contractor. I would buy from Arthur again without any reservations. Keep up the great work Arthur!

I have purchased from Sweetland Outdoor quite a few times, as I have Airbnb properties in the area. Their products are durable, comfortable and have great value for the money pricing. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep going there for any furniture or outdoor park structure that I need.

Very pleasant experience during the sale. Easy to transport the swing home in our SUV. Written instructions would have been nice. However, they suggested that I photograph the display model to reference during assembly. Building went off without a hitch. The swing looks and functions great!

We stopped in to look at a park bench and ended up purchasing all new furniture for our screened in porch. It is sturdy and comfortable and we love it! I’m sure this will last a lifetime and was worth the investment.

The sales man whose been in business 22 years failed to do any of the things he promised. We purchased a floor model, a few days after that we asked if he could stain and seal it he said sure we would just need to push back the delivery. Delivery was pushed back 2 weeks. When they arrived the play set hadn’t been touched. He starts talking fast and saying that they did wash but didn’t stain it because they just didn’t have enough time even though he set the delivery date. Then he says that they planned on staining it once they got here. If that we’re true then why did we push back the delivery. The guy was a horrible communicator and was hoping to charge us for work that wasn’t done hoping we wouldn’t notice. Do not shop here!!

I had an exceptional experience with Sweetland Outdoor replacing our treehouse and play set that was damaged by a storm. The entire staff made for an outstanding team; individually and collectively they exceeded my expectations. The construction workers were extremely professional, skilled, accommodating, and fast. Arthur clearly cared about the quality of the service his company provided. The new equipment looks so special that we are planning a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate! Even our toy poodle was excited to give the gang plank a few test runs! LOL! Quality product, craftsmanship, and service. Well Done Sweetland!

Love our swing set from Sweetland! Great customer service too! Even after a year had gone by from our purchase, Arthur helped me get an issue fixed with our bar spacing. Customer for life over here and will definitely return as our boys get older and outdoor needs change! Eyeing a new basketball hoop and some of those awesome chairs! Big thanks to Arthur and Sweetland for livening up our backyard!

Just came to this place to check it out. Waited until the one person helped another customer. The customer left, the person went inside. When he came out he went to take care of customers that showed up after us. He knew we were there, walked by us to get to the other customers but decided to ignore us. We left. Not equal treatment
