Josh was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept us updated on the process. We always knew what was happening! After the appraisal and inspections were finished, we closed the home in about two weeks time! That’s right, you read that correctly, two weeks time! Supreme Lending is truly Supreme! This has been a great experience and if I were to purchase another home, Josh from Surpreme Lending would be my go-to! So happy to have been connected with Josh! The process of buying a house is hard and at times for me pretty stressful, but from the moment I first started the process and talked to Emily Ervin, she eased all my anxiety. Her knowledge and expertise of the ins and outs of the home buying process, her quick text and phone call responses whenever we had a question or concern, and her genuine caring spirit made this process so much easier. I enjoyed working with Supreme Lending. My loan officer Harry Apollon made sure I understood all the numbers and everything that went into getting a loan for my first house. We were so blessed to be introduced to Courtney Flood with Supreme Lending to handle our son’s first home purchase! Being worried parents, we thought this part would be the most stressful for him (and us). HOWEVER, Courtney’s compassion and desire to serve others, really shined from day 1! Melissa Morrow was my LO. She could have been more responsive but she was very nice. It was difficult to reach her at times so there were some miscommunications along the way.Unfortunately my loan was very expensive. Higher than average interest rates and my closing costs were 12k on a 290k home and I did not buy any points.

Wow! What can I say Emily Ervin and Supreme are the best in the business. We almost lost our dream home due to working with a bad mortgage lender and Emily Ervin and her team came to the rescue at the last minute and saved the deal. I highly recommend using Supreme be sure to ask for Emily Ervin she's very professional and honest. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Hunter Phillips, Supreme Lending, is a true asset to the company. Reaching out to us and clearly letting us know our options was fantastic. When we had questions regarding points and interest rates, Hunter was very helpful in explaining the best option to take. He was readily available through email or phone calls and always had the answer or reached out to get them for us. We were frequently provided updates on our loan status, not only by Hunter, but Jeremy and Jimmy as well. An absolutely wonderful experience in such an anxiety-induced process. I came into the picture, wanting to move quickly, and Kelly Garanzuay was absolutely ready for the task. She never wavered, was extremely responsive throughout, and completed one of the fastest "cleared to close" that i've seen in recent memory. If you have your stuff together and are prompt, she, as well as the entire Supreme Lending team that I worked with, will meet you with the same enthusiasm and expectation. An absolute pleasure working with them. I learned about them by way of referral and I will not hesitate to refer them out to to others myself! Thanks again!

Melissa Morrow was my loan officer last year for my house at the recommendation of my agent. I asked Melissa over and over again over text, over phone, and over email what the interest rate was going to be and she would always tell me she was getting back to me and never did. This occurred repeatedly until three days before the closing when I finally got the interest rate and it was one and a half percent OVER the average at the time. Well, unfortunately for me, my financing contingency had run out by then due to Melissa never getting back to me on the quotes that she promised. I'm now stuck paying the difference for the next 30 years. Terrible experience, and now that I'm a licensed real estate agent, I finally realized just how much she capitalized on my lack of knowledge and took advantage of me not being able to ask the right questions or get out of this unfortunate situation.
