Incredibly inconsiderate and unhelpful. It has taken me weeks to get someone on the phone to let me know the status of my account, and when I finally get someone on the phone, I’m told to make another visit with documents I already submitted. They have made a painful time considerably more painful with what I hesitate to call “customer service”. I am so glad I opened a new account with SouthState bank, they have been the opposite of my experience with Truist and I recommend you go there, too!

No one picks up the phone. Management team rude and not helpful. Voicemail always state no one is available. Rude & Unprofessional

I called to ask if they have notary, a lady asked what kind of document I need to notarized. I told her I needed to notarize my signature on a paper written in foreign language. She said they would not notarize a documents if they do not know what is written in it. But I needed only to notarize my signature in her presence, that is all. But she hung up on me. So rude! I now can see, why the rating of this branch is very low. Here us another 1 star review for your incompetence.

Horrible. A clerk named Susan told me to go to another suntrust because she did not want to take time to figure out how to fill out a direct deposit form (that she said she has done before). Also, no one in there knew how to fill out the form. Waste of time

I have been a customer for over 4 years. This crew has always been receptive to my personal and business banking needs. They have gone through different managers over the years, but that is expected in a corporation. Nonetheless, everyone there is friendly and truly does their best to give great customer service.

Have been to this bank before but just through the ATM. Today was my first time actually going inside. All I can say is it was fantastic! Everyone was nice and pleasant. They went above and beyond to make my trip worth will. I know that's hard to say for a bank but it was so nice to see. They personally knew so many of the individuals and if they didnt attempted to connect with people (as much as you can when you're taking deposits). I also sat down and opened a savings account the woman was so nice and we talked as if we were old friends. She gave me her opinions which were knowledgeable. Seriously best experience at any bank I've been to before!

Shirley Treadwell. This teller Is the rudest person have ever had to deal with. Ask for anyone else. I will wait for another teller. There is no reason for her to be that rude. It's the second time she been rude and cold.

If i could give it 0 start i would employees are not trainer properly my account got closed without question then reopened again employees make mistakes then managment has only one explanation (sorry that employee is no longer with us ) . Stay clear away from this place

So slow I won't use this branch again. It is going on 11 minutes in drive through after deposit was sent.
