I originally ordered online through Sundance catalog. When I received the leather jacket, I couldn't believe how small it was for a size "large". I sent it back, and reordered online. Not long after, I noticed on the website that the item was no longer available. I called and spoke to a representative who said that the order would most likely be cancelled (they weren't expecting another shipment). I really liked the jacket so I called the store in my state who advised me that Alpharetta, GA had the jacket in stock. I spoke to Shelby and her Manager, both great and very helpful. They suggested that I should purchase two sizes, and return the one that doesn't fit ( great idea!). I am super happy that I was put in touch with this store. I love Sundance, and these two ladies made my day!

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and have always loved the service (and of course, the merchandise). Today, I wanted to write about that service. I do not enjoy shopping, however, the ladies in this shop make it as painless as it can be. Having been in retail, as well as the service industry, I recognize quickly, when someone exceeds expectations. The folks in this store do exactly that! And I, as someone who does not enjoy shopping on the best day, will return here again and again for the "above and beyond" service! Thank you to Sundance at Avalon!

Company only shares reviews that are positive on their website.I received an email from Sundance with this blouse, and when I clicked to buy it the availability was 3 months away! I added a review on this blouse about this 3 month availability, and after finishing the review it said the Sundance team would review before publishing. I then received an email that they were not going to publish my review.The message received was, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!". My review was titled Shipping, and simply said, "It’s March 22nd and this blouse says not available until June 25th! That’s quite the lead time. No thanks!"

I went to this store today and was followed around by one of the employees the entire time I was shopping. She never said hello, never offered assistance, just followed me around and watched me. I found the entire shopping experience extremely uncomfortable, and felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I understand I look young, but not young enough to be assumed as a shoplifter. I had no purse, and no pockets. So I was very confused why I was being treated like this. Once I saw the two employees whispering to eachother while looking at me, I went out of my way to say hello to break the awkward tension. Horrible shopping experience, and I wish I could say this was the first time. Employees here are rude and act like they're better than you. Won't be back, won't support this business again.

I love Sundance. Generally purchase online. Today I went to the Avalon Store to return a leather coat I had bought online. I have shopped at this store before and had a great experience… not today. I was really taken aback by how rudely I was treated when it was a simple return.

Shopping at Sundance at Avalon is a pleasure from start to finish. The outdoor mall and store create an inviting ambiance. The staff deliver just the right amount of customer service – they don’t hover but they pay attention to the cues from the customers which is great as some people may want more attention than others. The merchandise is so yummy – I wish I could buy the store but I have really appreciated the employee’s suggestions for styles that flatter my shape best. Thank you Sundance and your lovely crew for bringing the catalog I have loved for years to a store where I can touch fabrics and explore more options in person.

I really enjoy shopping here! The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. They give great feedback regarding the clothes and always seem to help me find just the perfect item. While I was living out of state, Sherry was a great help with some phone orders!

I reached out to the GA Sundance store when the catalog item I was looking for was no longer available. Although they did not have the item I was looking for, MaryAnna offered to find out if any of the other stores might have what I was looking for. She located my item in the Chicago Sundance store and let them know I would be calling. By the time I reached them, Becky at Deer Park had it already to process by her register.You ladies are awesome! Thank you!! After reading recent reviews, I have decided not to drive an hour to reach a store whose employees are less than welcoming. I will make my purchase online. I have always loved the items I have bought from Sundance and am disappointed that salespersons are impersonal. Hopefully, this store will address this issue and reviews will reflect improvements.

Absolutely love shopping here! Such a beautiful store and very unique and stylish boutique style clothes and the shoes and boots are amazing! Customer service is EXCELLENT, the ladies are always friendly and very helpful.

Incredible rude saleswoman (might have been the manager). Stop making shoppers feel guilty for simple requests like putting something on hold.
