We worked with Summerfield Mortgage to help us finance our first condominium purchase. We specifically worked with Joe and from the very beginning he was accessible directly via email, phone or text.Getting the pre-approval was a very straightforward and smooth process using the Summerfield Mortgage secure upload tool. They also included follow up emails with clear and precise steps on how to get information they were requesting for. Once we got the pre-approval and the preliminary transaction summary Joe called us and walked us through to explain every field of the form in detail. He took the time to answer all of our questions, doing a great job of using examples to help solidify our understanding.During our home search if we found a place that we were very interested in we would reach out to Joe to get the financials for the property and he would quickly turnaround a transaction summary for us. Then without fail Joe would follow up with us to go over the transaction summary in detail and address any question that we may have had.Overall the entire experience working with Summerfield Mortgage can best be described as smooth and transparent. Everything ran so professionally and efficiently that it took out a lot of the stress related to making such a big purchase.
