Terrible service, they never return your calls. They tell you an interest rate on your savings and then change it without any notification.

I had the most horrible experience with this bank. I went in last week and opened a Business account with a small $100.00 check. I informed the bank manager at the time that I was expecting a $23,000.00 ACH she even assisted me in drafting a letter to give to the payee. So I step in the branch a week later to set up my online banking and the same Branch Manager tells me that my ACH was pending and she would see if could withdraw funds or I would have to wait until the next day..I said no problem I’ve received enough ACH payments to know that they usually take 2days. So I get up bright and early and head to the bank to withdraw money for Company bills. I approach the teller expecting to withdraw Cash and be on may way. The teller tells me that the $100.00 was returned and I would have to makes $100.00 deposit before I could withdraw any $23,000.00 that ACH into my account the previous day. This didn’t make a lot of sense to me so I asked if she could deduct the $100.00 from my $23000.00 another teller yells at me over her shoulder that my account was closed and the deposit for $23000 was never received. Which was the exact opposite of what I was told literally 2 minutes before he interrupted me and what the teller told me the day before. This led me to believe that one of these two were lying. So I go back to the office and call the payee and she contacts her treasury department and they confirmed that Cadence Bank did accept my deposit for $23000.00 and provided me with a trace number. The BOTTOM LINE is they lied to me about the status of my account and refused to give me my cash on demand. This is a violation of federal regulations and bank guidelines. Their behavior was very suspicious and bold. Please stay away from this bank there is something freaky going on there. I think they may be having liquidity issues.

Went int cash my paycheck ( yes I do gave an account ) she was typing numbers asked me numerous times if I had an account. I kept saying yes, gave get debit card .she said oh I don't need it. She asked the other teller. The other teller said your input g wrong number. She was inputting the number of the check that was drawn on. She argued with other teller. Well thud is how I do it. Cadence bank is get to.g worse. No customer service. We will be pulling all our money out. The last words you want to hear at the bank you've been at for over 15 years is “are you sure you gave an account with us “ my trust is lost with Cadence bank

AWESOME “small town” bank. Jeff Franz and his team at the Alpharetta Branch are absolutely amazing. A bank is only as good as it’s Manager, and Jeff is the best in the business. In the event that you see any negative reviews from prior years, it was most likely prior to Jeff’s arrival in Alpharetta.I have had plenty of banking relationships over the years; and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, Jeff Franz is the absolute best banking relationship I’ve ever had.I have since moved away from the area, but I maintain several banking relationships with Jeff at his branch in Alpharetta. He and his team are the best in the business.Definitely give them a shot to earn your business !!!

I called this bank on two separate occasions months apart for two different reasons. The first contact was me trying to move all of my accounts from my current Wells Fargo acct. The person answering the phone at Cadence barely knew the answers to questions regarding the bank's products. I took my business to Navy Federal instead.Today I called again seeking information on a new mortgage and the person first answered and immediately hung up, after what seemed to be an eternity of rings. When I called back, she couldn't even figure out who I should speak with. It sounded like she was thumbing through pages and pages for approx 1.5 mins. I'd say, identifying the lending personnel in a bank should be pretty easy. Because she seemed confused, that was my cue to discontinue exploring anything related to this bank.I'm not sure who is responsible for hiring at this bank, but they really need to invest some time in educating their employees on their services and personnel responsible for those services.

WORST BANK ON THE PLANET! RUN, don't walk from this place. You ask 3 employees a question and get 3 different answers. The Website is cumbersome and difficult to use. The employees act like they are God and treat customers condescendingly and with a total lack of respect. Cadence should write a book on how NOT to run a bank!!!!!

Worst bank ever . Worst customer service , worst policies. Drove an hour to cash a check. Might as well have given them my first born after they made 2 embarrassing phone calls to verify a check of a small amount. Use another bank if possible
