I asked to start a fitting room. I gave the sales associates my items, when I went back there, one of the associates had put half of the stuff back. Apparently she didn’t understand that it was for a fitting room. Fine.
I fell in love with a dress, the only size xs. It was for a party the next day.
I gave it to the same associate to check me out. I purchased several items.
When i unpacked the bags the following morning I realized she never packed my dress!!
The sales associates apparently are in Lala land

Got recommended, to go here, it's very nice with soft decore, Carmen was very helpful, and catering. So many nice top selection, my take away is it caters to a more petit person the sizes only goes up to 32 but mostly carry up to a 28, the jeans that I tried where comfortable but I couldn't button them. They were a size 30. Overall nice place to go shopping with other shopping stores, nice place to just hang with friends, visit the Avalon in Alpharetta.

Very rude, the whole time I was there looking around the employees were gossiping about customers that they had throughout the day. Don't expect them to get you a fitting room if you are looking in the sales section because they barely have any or they are just no marked. The majority of the clothes are things that you can buy on Amazon and Belks. When I asked for a fitting room they were happy to get me a fitting room. But when I was finished and want to know the price of the bodysuit. She replied Excuse me?! And I asked her again and she aggressively got the tag and she it's $50. I don't know about you but I don't want to feel that I don't have a right to know how much money an item cost. I won't be returning anytime soon..

Clothes were cute with very appealing outfits in the window, but upon entry we didn't stay for long. The staff all talked in a huddle in the middle of the store. We had to walk through the group to keep looking at the clothes, and it felt like we were interrupting them and their conversation. It was less fun to look through the clothes after that, so we left a couple minutes later.

I ordered a dress online from this store. The customer service was fantastic. There was in issue with my item. The seller was easy to reach and offered multiple options to remedy the situation. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this store and will shop there again.

Was definitely interested in some clothing pieces to try on the store but did not get acknowledged at all, not even once. Every single employee was either too busy having conversations with each other to notice that I had pieces in my hand to get ready to try on or saw and just didn’t want to help. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Will not be returning.

Very cute stuff, however my Ray Ban sunglasses got stolen in there. They weren’t willing to help look for them and I’m almost 99% positive one of the workers stole them. I left them in the dressing room for 2 minutes and when I came back they were gone. The young lady working said that no one had been in the dressing room after me, but when I went back things had been rearranged. They rushed us out after I gave them my number and I never received a call or text updating me about them.

They hound you with pieces you should try on or add to your order, clothes are poor quality and half of the name brand items I found much cheaper at MARSHALLS. I wouldn’t bother. It’s over priced and overbearing customer service.

I absolutely love the style, but unfortunately the quality is not up to par. I recently purchased a dress from here - it said no dry clean or machine wash so I hand washed it and it somehow shrunk. After one wear at $80 or so, it is ruined.

Wasn’t even acknowledged at all. Not even treated like a customer. As a minority it stung even more as the next (Caucasians) that walked in were enthusiastically greeted. Was really excited to walk into that store and unfortunately will never be returning. If you like their style I suggest you go to any of the other boutiques/free people in Avalon instead. Don’t spend a dime here.

Some pretty clothes (French Connection is the standout), but an unfortunately unpleasant shopping experience. A staff member followed us around very closely, commenting on *everything* we looked at, and even interjecting herself into what was clearly a family-related conversation. I probably would have bought something but my mother was made so uncomfortable she wanted to get out of the store.
