Anyone of the employees there can do a fantastic job on a manicure or pedicure. You do not need an appointment because all you have to do is call before you're ready to come and they will set you up with one of their employees. My only complaint would be that I do not like them speaking Vietnamese as it feels like they're talking about you. That apparently is my problem, but I still don't like that. They are in America and they should speak English.

Awful, they do not know how to do any design and charge way too much for plain Jane looking nails... even for regular it's so bad. That's why it's always empty. !!

I had been going here for 3 years. Recently the manager or owner rudely sent me away when I asked for a chipped nail repair. She refused to accommodate me. She told me come back in a week. She even asked if I had gotten my nails done there. It was embarrassing . I will not be going back.Services: Pedicure

The people here were very nice; however, the pedicure felt extremely rushed. I am not one to get nails done often and have to budget for it and this felt like a waste of my money. The cut/file was uneven and the foot scrub/massage couldn’t even be called that because it was done so quickly and without care. Maybe it’s because they were busy or it was close to lunch time, I’m not sure. I will not be returning.

I have been going to sophia nails for a long time now, and i refuse to go anywhere else! all the staff are super sweet & amazing at their work! always going above & beyond to make sure my nails & my experience is 10/10!

Worst nails I have ever gotten. I got SNS and they botched them so badly. The owner did my nails and I am extremely disappointed- uneven shape, patchy coloring, bumpy, and they cut my fingers multiple times with their filing tool. I have never seen nails done this sloppy in my life.
