I was interested in one of the cars and actually came by on yesterday, no one came out to greet me at all and it was around 11am. I actually called that morning regarding the 2011 Honda Accord, and thought was a go. I was trying to purchase a car for my son was ready to receive good customer service, got a generated text about the call before coming, but when I got there nothing. I eventually left and called to let the gentleman know I had been there and the issue, but needless to say seem as if he was unbothered and that was fine, I gladly took my business elsewhere and received top notch customer service and along with a car purchase. Do better if you want business!

I appreciate when a business shows its honest and authentic self. Safe to say avoid this place, hearing associate Andres yelling at a customer on the phone just gives insight on how they truly think about their customers and how they will handle business with anyone.
No sense of customer service, just a grown man throwing a temper tantrum .

Super rude employees , had to call multiple times simply to request a statement balance and payment process . Felt very disrespected and belittled when employee Andres started speaking over and yelling through the phone . Do better

I am a quadruple amputee and I drove 2 hours to look at a car to potentially buy. I had spoke with Andres multiple times about the car and I asked a lot of questions. I told him my situation and the amount I could spend. I finally got him to agree to my request . He promised that they treated all customers with respect. That they were honest and transparent . My concerns were to make sure I had a very dependable vehicle because I didn’t want to break down with my situation. I also wanted to ensure that I wouldn’t be out of any additional money to fix things that were not disclosed. Luckily I took people with me. I get there and the car had major scratches, paint peeling from the bumper that is not disclosed or in the pictures. He told me they would buff out and I could take it to a body shop and have it repaired at my expense. We took a magic eraser to them and they were still there. Also there was a piece of the back bumper underneath that wasn’t even attached and would have probably blown off. Then we checked under the hood and we had to hold it open to keep it from falling on our head because it was worn out. The car had been recently jumped off because we looked at the battery and you could tell it. It also wasn’t dated either and the wires were frayed on the cables to it. . When we mentioned it he denied it had been jumped off but there are times they do have to and there is another review with the same issue about the battery. The plastic that goes over the engine and other components wasn’t even attached and missing bolts to hold it down. Some of them were just laying on top. He offered to go take the bolts off of another Lexus then he said let me get my service manager. He brought out some pieces to try to fix it then he stopped after Andres was getting irritated. He could never answer the hard questions and made excuses. I had ask him before I even went there if I got the car and had my own mechanic (he doesn’t charge me) and if they found major issues could I bring it back and he said no. Once you leave with it it’s yours and it’s sold “As Is”. But in the state of Georgia by law you have 3 days of writ of refusal and it can be taken back. I brought that up again about taking and let my mechanic look at it and he said no and he said I could go and pay a mechanic near by and I told him no I wasn’t paying someone to do it. I’m on limited income. Once I said that he quickly said I’ll just refund your deposit but I won’t be able to return the transaction fee. Also one of the employees carries a OBD scanner around his neck so I’m sure they are clearing check engine lights and any other code that would not allow the vehicle to pass emissions and to see what was seriously wrong with a vehicle. Please, please do your due diligence! Don’t take their word that the car is in great condition and there are no problems. Take the car to a mechanic and read the Carfax carefully. Have them pull it up right in front of you because they can manipulate it! Buyer BEWARE!!!

My husband and I went to see a Honda Accord for our 16 y/o (WE DROVE ALMOST AN HOUR). When we arrived they had the car pulled up front and the salesman got in the car to start it and it DID NOT start! They had to call someone to jump the battery! My question: How did the car get up to the front if they had to jump it once we arrived? I assume they must've had to jump it to get it to the front but then had to jump it again once they salesman attempted to start it for us!!!! Smh! Also, did I mention the interior of the car was nasty?!?!
