The staff made a mistake, gave me an interior paint for an exterior door (they picked the product, I just told them it was for a front door). Didn't discover until after purchase. Refused to correct.

This Sherwin-Williams is the beast of all! I just left and Kwame was so helpful! He helped make sure that a paint I purchased in that store about four years ago was OK to use. He checked his system to make sure if he still has the information in the system and it was. I will test my paint and if it’s not good anymore, he will help me replace it with the same exact matching paint. Great experience at the store with Kwame. This is the only store you should shop at for Sherwin-Williams paint and all your painting needs.

This is my go-to spot for paint. Always faster and more convenient than the big box store, though it is a bit more expensive.

Walked in with paint samples looking for some assistance with colors and Matt told us he “knew nothing about colors and only knew about the product”. After spending 10-15 mins picking out colors, we walked up looking for some samples and was told there was a “national paint shortage”. So, not only was he not helpful, but he also wasted our time.

This store had nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in today to get a gallon of paint to match the paint that was used when building my house. The staff were completely helpful and friendly and got me the paint I needed quickly. It was a perfect match and touched up everything nicely.

It's ridiculous for you to know you're carrying the wrong part just because you have an adapter that will make it work. If I wanted to buy two overpriced things to make something work, I would've gone to Home Depot in the first place. Don't carry the wrong part just because it was there when you bought the store.
