Worst gas station ever. Once Cashed my winning ticket and said it was not a winning ticket. Until I took it back, scanned it in front of them. And today, a missing ticket was cashed in. Stay away from this gas station. They are thieves...Plus the cashiers are so rude. I used to come here and patronize. But it seems that it's a new management or new people working here. And this new management is horrible.

I will a zero for this gas station. Poor management. All the soda prices are different, I bought a crush drink for $1.89 and they charged me $2 before taxes. This gas station is a scam…. Need to be careful what they charge and ask for receipt.

I have patronized this business for years. Over the last six months or more, I've noticed different people. It must be under new ownership/management. There were nice people working at this establishment over a year ago. Now, the cashiers are rude, unappreciative, and delight in mediocracy. Usually, the cashiers are males and talking on the phone. No hello nor thank you (whether they are on the phone or not)... take your money and give you change without saying "Thank You". It's almost as if they feel entitled...like people are supposed to patronize them and just accept it.Plus, half of the pumps never work. This Shell station and the service has gone way downhill. I have been to Convenient Stores within the area with much better service, so I'll stay away from this place. Good customers are not appreciated.

Went in to buy beer and the guy charged us $40 for one 12 pack of yuengling and on 12 pack of corona. We asked if it was really 40 bucks and he got annoyed and told us to check. Also he was ringing up stuff before he rang up our beer that we were not getting. We asked for a receipt and he charged us twice for the wrong beer which was more expensive beer. It was $10.99 for yuengling and he over charged $10. We went in to get our money back and the worker was rude and annoyed to give us the money back. MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT AND CHECK HOW MUCH THEY RING YOU UP FOR!!! I would never recommend going here.

I went into this gas station that’s in my community where I live. My credit card wasn’t read at the pump, therefore I went inside to pay. When I walked in I didn’t see anyone around, said, hello and saw the cashier bent down behind the counter (assuming she was stocking inventory) I then ask for $50 on the pump and she was putting it in and I was reading the prompt on the credit card machine when then I noticed I could put in the Kroger phone number. I then say to her if I could enter my phone number for it and she says, “it’s too late, you didn’t tell me before” I then replied, I didn’t know I could since my husband is the one who typically puts the gas in my car. I then asked politely, are you able to cancel it and start over? Instead of helping me, she said no. She seemed bothered the entire time I was there and it was literally just her and I. I will never go to this gas station again. It’s so sad when consumers have to deal with people with bad attitudes. We all have bad days and that’s understood. What I didn’t appreciate is that she didn’t try to help me.

The car wash doesn’t work. I found out after I drove all the way into the car wash and then saw a tiny sign that said out of order. I then had to reverse and my tire kept getting caught on the guide thing that you have to drive into to go through the car wash. Would have been nice to know it was out of order BEFORE all of this

Employees are very rude and the station has always price gouged. Regular gas was $3.499 per gallon on 5/12/2021. I have stopped here a few times and always the same complaint.

Employees working here overcharge for items every time I go in to this store. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HERE AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICE. And they end up acting that that is a new price tag they are not aware of.
