In 2018 my wife and I went to Ann-Marie and her team to purchase our first home. That transaction was short and seamless with their help. This year, we decided to sell that home and purchase a new one and we called Ann-Marie for both the sale and the purchase. They were there for us every step of the way and we constantly leaned on them for help and information. She is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever met and will move mountains for her clients. The process this time was far rockier, and we ran into issues on both the sale and the purchase from our buyer and the seller. But Ann-Marie, Kristin, and Sam we ALWAYS there to help and make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about these amazing people and I am so happy we had the opportunity to work with them again. My wife and I are finally settled into our new home and it is safe to say we wouldn’t be in this house that we love so much if it wasn’t for Ann-Marie and her team.

This is our second time using Ann Marie to not just buy a home, but sell our first home as well. She made the first time selling process SO easy in this market. Ann Marie is great at listening to exactly what you need and really helps you look for your “wants” too. We cannot recommend her enough.

Sharp Group Atlanta is an amazing group of professional ladies. I worked with Sam Davis. I used her on the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home...TWICE (4 total transactions)!!! Sam really knows the market and will position your property in the best light to sell quickly. From staging the home, to helping sellers get in touch with contractors for repairs prior to closing, she gets it done in a timely manner. She also researches the area where you would like to purchase and places you in areas that best suit your needs (schools, local shopping, home design and wish list, pricing).
