Sephora is always a fun place to visit with my wife. Got some grad gifts. Staff was friendly and were helpful with all of our questions. Smaller than some but still had most of what we were looking for. Recommend.

The staff in this particular store are very patient and were helpful when I was recently in and I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for or really what I was doing. I'm confident they get that a lot.

Katie is absolutely amazing. I plan to go to this location to speak to her about any skin care or makeup assistance I may need in the future. She is so knowledgeable and really helped me understand the products I was looking at. She also made product recommendations for me, which I loved. Sephora is lucky to have her!

Went in to do an exchange and although it was past 60 days, the brown haired middle cashier was rude about it. i was going to go ahead and buy my product anyway but she was so off-putting i just left. everyone else in the store was very kind and welcoming :)

I had one item missing from my bag, I called them when I got home they said they will check the cameras and call me back, but no one has reached out to me and it’s been 3 weeks now. I’m still waiting for a call from Sephora at Avalon. If you see this, where’s my lipgloss?

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Sephora, specifically regarding the behavior of manager Chandra. During my visit, I witnessed a customer using derogatory language, referring to a Sephora worker as "ghetto." Shockingly, Chandra failed to address the situation appropriately, allowing such offensive behavior to go unchecked. This lack of action not only condones discrimination but also creates a hostile environment for both employees and customers. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability from management in upholding basic standards of respect and dignity. Sephora should prioritize creating a safe and inclusive space for all, and incidents like this demonstrate a severe failure in their commitment to these values. If I could give 0 reviews I would.
