Bad customer service. I have to asked a couple employees to help me getting a perfume(most of them said no or there will be someone at that section but there’s non). Cashier looked down on customer. Overall, bad experience.

This used to be my go-to location but it’s terrible now. The store is messy and I recently stood in line for 5 mins (alone) while the cashier finished texting before acknowledging me. When I asked about an item she told me they were out without even looking in the drawer. Truly a lackluster experience and not what I expect from Sephora.

By far, my favorite sephora. Has an array of different beauty, skincare, and fragrances. All of the staff every time that I've been in there has been incredibly friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their products.

I wish i could give 10 stars!!! S/o To the whole staff very welcoming and helpful l!! S/o to Kerri & Kristina they were was so patient with me after so many refunds and technical issues, Kristina as also provided samples for the trouble. If you ever come to North Point mall Sephora ask for them!!

The girls are very cooperative, but you arrive to be guided and then buy and it is very difficult for them to find what you need and are looking for.

Normal great products. I was asked if I needed anything by the manager, I expressed my request of something good for more mature skin. She asked an associate to help me who couldn’t have been over 22. At no point did I feel welcome and when we were done they literally just walked away. I honestly thought they were coming back and I waited but apparently we were done working together. I asked about another product from another staff and the attitude was pretty consistent across the board. Not rude but not interested in helping me. It was a vulnerable experience in the first place to talk about how I felt about aging and then I was treated like less than. It was so uncomfortable. I think you’ll be fine in there if you look a certain way or are under 30. I just moved to the area and was so excited to see a Sephora after being in a town for 7 years that didn’t have one.I really really hope the main store (outside the mall) is kinder and more thorough with customer service. It was an opportunity to help someone feel good about themselves through your knowledge and skills… No one should ever tolerate being made to feel like they don’t matter.Edit* - I posted this BEFORE reading the other reviews. HOW has nothing improved? Your staff DO NOT care about helping people. It’s like you don’t want to stay in business. I don’t get it. Stores, even popular ones, shut down all the time. There’s a Sephora store nearby that is stand alone and I am hoping that will be better. Stop treating people the way you do. The staff and owners should be ashamed of these reviews.And for the employee that keeps posting responses, people aren’t all going to email you after they have already posted on here. It seems you are wondering what store. It is the Sephora in the North Point mall in Alpharetta, GA. It doesn’t matter what date and time because based on these reviews it is a store wide and staff wide problem.

Karen had the most disgusting personality I have ever experienced in a Sephora brand store. One thing you should never do is bring your home problems to work. This is exactly what she decided to do.

I was completely disappointed with this store -absolutely the worst Sephora I have shopped at. The worker I asked could NOT have been more disinterested when I asked her for help. When I asked for a specific brand of concealer /she showed me the section and walked straight off. It took me 5 minutes to find the color I was looking for.I then went and found her - in the same place she’d been standing before and asked for help finding the Nars foundation that I’d purchased in the past - completely disinterested in first of all helping me understand the difference between what’s available in store and not - then no help - until I asked - in finding a color match. Her whole demeanor was as if I had the audacity to disturb her peace.Experience at the checkout was also less than stellar. After clearly establishing that I was not with the person in front of me and I was next in line - the lady then opened up the second checkout and proceeded to start checking out the two ladies behind me in the line.Retail brick and mortar stores are struggling already: let me tell you that this does nothing to help their cause. The manager was gracious enough to talk to me, but judging by other recent reviews of this location, he has his work cut out.

An excellent choice to go to for your makeup options. Quite a variety of all popular brands.A go to place for my family to shop for bay makeup needs and some excellent choices for gifting options as well.

The staff on the floor were so busy socializing with each other, they would look at you and continue talking. The lady at the register was super nice. The ladies on the floor were RUDE.
