My daughter tried to use a gift card she was given for $50, the cashier took it said it had been used and threw it in the trash at the Northpoint location. She was shocked and left. I called the store and was told they were really sorry but there was nothing they could do as they trash had been taken out and they don’t have proof of purchase. It was a gift card, those are given as gifts so no the spender does not usually have proof of purchase. It had not been used, so if she had the card we could easily call and fix it but the card is in the trash and the store has refused to issue her store credit or fix it without proof of purchase. So they essentially took $50 from her and threw it in the trash, apologized and said there is nothing they can do. So many places to buy beauty products, we will never use Sephora for anything again.

Ace’s mom (forgot her name) She did good! She’s a team member because she jumped in and assisted the other lady with applying lashes. She also had a co-worker “prep me” I’ll update with photos when I get them back from the photographer. I would def come back! I believe she needs a raise because she’s a great team player.

First time in this location, and it didn’t disappoint. Large selection of fragrances, lost of free samples, smiling faces and Friendly staff as expected .

Attitute of some employees is sky-high. And the store is so dirty. Considering most employees are just standing around.
On one nice employee's suggestion, we were using the make-up station removers since nothing was in its place at the store...
Another comes along to shoo us out of there saying the station has just been sanitized. Not only the make-up station was not clean, there was trash on the floor. New définition of Sanitized ar Sephora.

Bad customer service. I have to asked a couple employees to help me getting a perfume(most of them said no or there will be someone at that section but there’s non). Cashier looked down on customer. Overall, bad experience.

This used to be my go-to location but it’s terrible now. The store is messy and I recently stood in line for 5 mins (alone) while the cashier finished texting before acknowledging me. When I asked about an item she told me they were out without even looking in the drawer. Truly a lackluster experience and not what I expect from Sephora.

By far, my favorite sephora. Has an array of different beauty, skincare, and fragrances. All of the staff every time that I've been in there has been incredibly friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their products.

I wish i could give 10 stars!!! S/o To the whole staff very welcoming and helpful l!! S/o to Kerri & Kristina they were was so patient with me after so many refunds and technical issues, Kristina as also provided samples for the trouble. If you ever come to North Point mall Sephora ask for them!!

The girls are very cooperative, but you arrive to be guided and then buy and it is very difficult for them to find what you need and are looking for.
