I used Scanq software for 2yrs the program was great up until it crashed every 6mos. I was well into my customer base so it was hard for me to change. I was afraid i would lose all of my customers info. Every time a had a problem they wanted me to pay additional money. The only great thing about the company is a gentleman name AJ. He tries to help you the best he can, but his hands are tied because of management. I currently use a different software.

Really smart people that have created great products to help any business with point of sale needs. Highly recommend!

Never buy the software from them. No timely service. Ask some change on software 2 months ago and still no response. Everytime customer has to call. There is no after sale service.
