Alex spent several days responding to me and my wife’s questions over messenger and text. He provided a Carfax when requested. He worked around our schedule to make himself available when we were available.
From how he explained everything, it’s clear he enjoys what he does with cars, takes deep pride in what he does, and has a great eye for finding quality vehicles.
He was reasonable when it came to the market value of the purchase. He was flexible with time of purchase, method of purchase, and allowed us to take our time examining the vehicle and taking it for a spin.

We recently bought a Jeep from Savy and had a very good experience. Alex was a pleasure to work with and was open to handling small issues uncovered when we had the vehicle inspected. I came to look at a car planning to purchase. I told him I was a vehicle inspector and he immediately became standoffish. Instead of actually talking to us more about the car he went inside and took a phone call. I understand you run a business but not talking to customers when they are there looking at a car dumbfounded me cause I used to work in a dealership and not once did any sales person just walk back inside. So then I used my scanner on his car and it came up with two important codes. One for the transmission battery sensor which could be fixed 3 ways, either the wiring harness was bad, the sensor connector was bad or the intelligent battery sensor itself was bad. But the main concern was the passenger airbag was PERMANENTLY OFF and when I brought this to his attention he said non of it mattered and tried to blame it on it (sitting too long and the battery drained) but any person who had actually worked on BMW’s knows more than the average person. But in my opinion having my passengers airbag on does matter because it means life or death in an accident. The airbag was off due to a blown fuse but I didn’t tell him that after he said the car was already priced at a good price. Which if it was he wouldn’t have dropped the price to begin with and when KBB only values the car at $9200 on its best day it’s not even up for negotiation. I brought this to his attention and he immediately shot me down. This isn’t to hurt his business but save someone’s life. And if you’re gonna sale a cafe with a clean car fax you should clean the clear coat off the door where it was repainted. Also not to mention the one recall on the vehicle for the PCV Valve heater which was faulty and could lead to a fire while driving the car. Here’s the vin to save a life (WBAPH7G54BNN03342).
