Typical Sam's Club, big bulk items for cheap. Using the scan and go app makes it really easy.
Free sample can be great to let the kids try and find stuff they like.

Tire Dept rotated and balanced the tires. Test drive up to 80, no vibration at all. Nice job! Much appreciated.

My wife and I have been Sams Club members for nearly 20 years. For the most part, we have enjoyed shopping here except recently.
Yesterday, we visited the restaurant after finishing shopping. It was the worst experience ever. There was hardly any of the previously available items. Service was terrible. It got so bad that I had to call the manager. He was not of much help. All I got was useless lip service!
Today, we came back again for a 1:40 PM appointment for my wife’s eye checkup. The whole thing should have taken 30-45 minutes. We came here at 1:30 PM. It is 4:30 PM and we are still not done.
There is no control over the appointment process. We wasted over 3 hours (and counting) for a 30-minute appointment!
Over the last 2-3 years, Sams Club service has deteriorated significantly. We are seriously considering leaving the Club.

The review is for the delivery driver not the facility. We place our monthly office orders to be delivered and the driver today was beyond rude and tried to demand me to go to her car and carry in our office order because it was too heavy for her and she had no way to bring the items in. Once I convinced her she had to bring it to the door that I could not leave the office she was very angry and dropped each package so hard that we thought the water bottles were going to leak. She dropped the last package and rudely said bye in a growl and I thanked her and told her I would be sure to let Sam’s club know how rude she was. Please contact me for details and do not use the driver again.
