Members can use the convenient Scan and Go app and find values on groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, TVs, and more, including a car wash. The staff is generally described as very courteous, customer friendly, welcoming, and polite. However, some areas need improvement. The Member's Service section can be understaffed, leading to long wait times. A significant concern is the sale of expired or almost expired items at normal prices, which requires inconvenient returns. The website information is not always updated, and phone communication can be difficult, with calls sometimes outsourced and departments like optical not answering. The optical department receives mixed feedback. While the eye doctor handled a concern professionally, an assistant was previously unhelpful regarding a medical issue. A separate issue involved a prescription change for contact lenses from a four-week to a two-week wear cycle without clear communication, which a staff member dismissed by saying the customer should have read the prescription—a response deemed unacceptable. Free samples are a appreciated perk. Prescheduled Club Pickup orders are available for pickup starting at 7 a.m.

I have been a member here for a few years. I have interacted with many employees and found them all to be friendly and helpful. I love that there are no lines the majority of the time. I have been a Costco member also and between the long lines, and rarely seeing anyone on the floor to help, I am just a Sam's member... read full comment

Great location. I love that they have everything here, including a car wash! The lady in the spirits store was also very nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend.
