Dog crap service, people don't help for a darn thing till it comes to checkout and it's usually to do nothing but make sure you're not stealing and to tell you to upgrade your membership lol. EVERYONE should be fired and re-hire newer more young people, them old miserable folks can barely hear and see anymore they're just there to make other people's day harder.

I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.

We prefer Sam's Club to Costco when it comes to big box store shopping. It's usually less crowded. Their customer service for returns is quick and efficient. The selection of products at SC seems to be better than Costco. We have been buying our gasoline there for over a year and their price per gallon is either equal to or better than Costco. The lines at the fuel pumps is usually shorter, too. It seems that SC has more products that we use including sale items in their sales brochure.

Online pick up is not ideal at this location. I've tried it for the third time and all 3 times I've waited more than 20 min and in two occasions I've had to go in and pick it up my self.

Post is specifically for gas area. One of the reasons I have a Sam's Club membership is for the reduced gas price and I love that this location is close to my home and has a gas station which all Sam's Clubs do not provide. This area is always clean and has six lanes so there is rarely a long weight. You also have the option of getting a car wash and can pay for it right at the pump. Only downside is it isn't open 24 hours, so I definitely plan in advance when I need to fill up. During the increase in gas prices the last few months, it's really helped to have the membership because the gas is lower than any other stations, I've seen using credit/debit as a form of payment. Also, when we had the gas shortages, I was able to come to Sam's Club gas and fill up with no problem at all and without a wait. If you run into any issue while pumping gas press the attendant at the pump and there is a live person to assist.

Not a bad Sam's Club. It's usually clean and well-stocked. Prices are very comparable to Costco, some items are even cheaper at Sam's.They don't carry Ore Ida tater-tots anymore, which was one of the main items my family liked to buy here. They have opened the cafe back after COVID, BUT they switched the fountain drinks from Coca-Cola to Pepsi.....which means we just go down the road to QT to get our pizza and coke instead. Unique to this Sam's Club, is that they offer an automatic car wash at the gas station.

Sam's Club is a lot like parent company Walmart in which some items that are sold are specialty items and it depends on which location you visit. This Sam's Club is smal but has a lot of products that are neatly organized. The entrance and exit can get pretty crowded with everyone's carts. There is a lot of parking. I like to park far from the store because the parking spaces are very close together.

Place where you buy the largest. Very organized. Clean both the hallways and the bathroom. All employees know where you put things every time they move them. Sams has very good lighting, and a variety of products. Social distancing too.

Hmmm ... Today was the first time I actually set foot in this store. I've been to the associated gas station many times previously, so being in this building was pretty nice. Parking is ample for the weekend crowd. The employee at the entrance checking for membership IDs was too preoccupied to look up at all the customers passing by her station just inside the door. There were a lot of shopping carts available, and wipes were available for members to wipe down the handles of the shopping carts. Hand sanitizer was also available at the door. Every employee that I saw was wearing a facemask. Ok, when I compare Sam's Club to Costcos, my experiences are that Costcos are generally cleaner, better stocked and organized. This Sam's Club appeared to be very clean, well stocked and organized. I've been at other Sam's Clubs where it looks like the employees who did the stocking of items just looked for any open space on the sales floor to put a pallet, even though the items don't logically belong in that area. I didn't see any of that type of disorganization in here. Also, at this Sam's Club, I didn't see the usual long checkout lines, and there were a lot of shoppers in the store when I was there. I'm assuming that the management here has their act together when it comes to the level of staffing, both in the number of employees actively working at the level of training that they receive. Not much else to say about this place. Nice Sam's Club store. Good job, store management!

Because I spent $600 there. I had 15 cases of water. Among other heavy items. The girl at the door called someone up to help me load. I pulled my SUV up front and put my hazards on and began to load . Four men were in the parking lot working. They turned their heads and hid by the liquor store. Two more male employees looked out the front door and ran the other way. This is not the first time as I shop for my business all the time at Sams . And no one ever offers to help thi

I wish to thank all the dedicated Men and Women at Sams Club Store #6646 on Davis Drive in Alpharetta, GA especially during the Covid 19 Pandemic Crisis over the past 3 months. These great employees at Sams Club {& nearby Walmart} simply amaze me every time I visit these stores. The attention to Customer Service at Sams Club is impeccable; they beat Walmart hands down. When lines get a bit long at Sams, they open up extra cash registers or folks like Sharon, a Customer Service Rep.(CSR) pitches in wherever needed at checkout, answer questions when looking for a particular item, grabs a scanner to speed up the lines faster, works the desk, helped me in the past cashing my rewards check (applying it to my current bill or some years into cash money) and helping me locate my orders purchased on line. Fantastic Sams Club Employees (such as Sharon, CSR) is one of the reason I have been a Sams Club member for over 20 years; Low prices help a great deal too (LOL). Y'all "simply the best - better than all the rest" (Costco and BJ Warehouse come to mind). I applaud all the dedicated hard working "essential" employees at Sams Club Store # 6646. Joined this Sams Club December 2020...it has what I always want. And that is commercial size plastic wrap and foil. I've been so tired of getting the small flimsy house product plastic wrap and foil. You can get your monies worth buying the commercial sizes. Not only that the wholesale product prices are really a good buy! Buying in bulk is great savings! Be prepared to join to become a member for your business or home. Through the year membership you cannot go wrong....you will most likely end up spending $100 or more if you really want to stock up. Highly recommended! I cannot comment on the customer service complaints other people have complained about I've been able to find what I'm looking for by taking the time to walk around with my cart for about hour. Getting used to where some of the products are....remember though they do at times move things around. GREAT SAVINGS IT REALLY IS!
