These guys are awesome. Amazing customer experience for online shopping. Had an issue with the billing address and was fixed with a quick phone call. Very courteous customer service personnel. Shipping is fast and they sent me updates on the process as the shipment was prepared and sent with UPS tracking.

Small shop but you can get most items online in their warehouse if you ask the workers to go grab it. Large runnung shoe selection. Service was pretty slow. Decent selection of used tennis racquets (tennis warehouse).

Came in to find some shoes that would fit my running style. Corey exceeded any expectation I had. He lined me up with some great new balances that weren’t even on the shelf yet based on a conversation we had about past shoes and how I felt about some of the shoes I had tried on. Runners warehouse! . This location and CA location are the only in store shopping experiences. I usually order online but today thought I'd drive up and check out the inventory. Not a lot to choose from and it's "retail" prices. There are 4 racks of attire and one wall of shoes - brooks, saucony, Nike, Craft, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful. If you see something online while shopping in store, they will check the inventory on hand. Most clearance items are here. If you're looking for running shoes this is the place. You can return worn or unworn shoes within 90 days.

I visited this warehouse for the first time and I was very impressed with customer service. Andrew was so helpful and very professional. He was patient and explained everything to me. He also took time to navigate me on how to use the iPad to look up more choices. Thank you for your professionalism and I will tell my coworkers about the Running Warehouse - see you next time!
