Disappointed in the showroom. Basically you shop on iPad and they pull stuff from warehouse for you. So you don't have to wait on shipping. Also no bathrooms except at sister store down the road.

My go to for online shopping with running shoes. I always know that the service is going to be amazing. There was an issue with my billing and shipping address (mixed them up), and after exchanging an email or two with customer service, it was fixed the same day, maybe within 2 hours. Got my shoes the same week!

We’ve shopped here a few times and we’ve loved every experience! We live a hour away and drive here because the staff is very knowledgeable about all things running, tennis, and pickleball. They are able to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I need. Today, I was looking for some running shoes, specifically, and I just cannot get over how helpful everyone is. I think we were greeted/assisted by each employee there today. Special shoutouts to Adrian, Kay, Madeline, and Dalton! We will be coming back.

The delivery service is regrettable. I do not doubt the professionalism of the company but the delivery and parcel service does not answer, they send SMS saying that they have tried to deliver it to you and you do not know anything. You cannot contact us by phone and I have been without the package for 5 days and now it seems that they are sending it back to central. From headquarters they tell me that they can send it to me again, why am I wondering? To return to the same

These guys are awesome. Amazing customer experience for online shopping. Had an issue with the billing address and was fixed with a quick phone call. Very courteous customer service personnel. Shipping is fast and they sent me updates on the process as the shipment was prepared and sent with UPS tracking.

Small shop but you can get most items online in their warehouse if you ask the workers to go grab it. Large runnung shoe selection. Service was pretty slow. Decent selection of used tennis racquets (tennis warehouse).
