Salesperson was rude at this location, we asked him about sofa protection plan and one or two questions about leather sofas. He started his stories how he travel between london and US dual citizenship all that.After 2-3 min we said okay let us look around and very politely said thanks for all the information you provided.Response we received : you wasted my time we work on commissions.Looks like they want to get free commissions just by seating on sofas all day without work.This was our first and last visit to Rooms to go , Not sure this rude behavior is specific to location or through out the company.

Please don't buy anything at here, i bought bed set at here in February this year and and they sent damaged product. All the items in that set are damaged only (dresser, bed frame and nightstands). We accepted the dresser and night stand with damages as those are minor and we can ignore (no discounts). They have exchanged the bed frames five times so far but those are not yet been fixed, each time they used to come with damaged product. Finally if we don't want that product then they would return only 212$,we spent around 3200$ for that entire bed set. Worst experience with Roomstogo service

I just had the most pleasant shopping experience with Yolonda at the RTG- Alpharetta store (yet I was on FT.) Yolonda was so very patient in her explanations & details & in allowing me time to think/process all of her info while she waited. You could clearly tell Yolonda is a true professional who cares about her customer service skills which seems to be more of a rarity these days.
