We came to look and discuss trading in used rolexes. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. No sales pressure at all. Prices were also very reasonable.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, i went to RK Jewelers today to see if I could sell some hardly-used pieces. Having never done this before, I appreciated how they explained the process to me and patiently walked me through the steps they were following. I thought they were fair and am completely satisfied with the transaction. It's so nice to have someone trustworthy to go to. I highly recommend them.

Great place to buy and sell jewelry. I've bought a few beautiful bracelets from there, they people are very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful little store, my favorite kind of place to shop. And if you have a bunch of old silverware or precious metal you don't want, they'll buy it and you can buy something you like. I love this place.

This place is amazing. Reza and Carol are fabulous. I have been into the store several times for various reasons, and I received the most honest, quality service. On my first visit, I went to inquire if RK & Co. would be interested in buying some gold and silver that I had. They did. They were very fair and very honest. They were also very respectful of my pieces. I am not a jeweler and some of the items I had were things found in my grandmothers' attic. If the piece was costume, they let me know without being condescending or offensive. My next visit was to ask about resizing my wedding set and possibly designing a birthstone using stones I already had. Carol spent ALOT of time with me helping me get exactly what I wanted. She let me know what was not going to work out and what steps I would have to take to get the ring completed. I haven't decided on a birthstone ring yet, but my wedding set came back perfect. I will use RK for watch repair and service as well. I inquired about that at one point and Reza was very honest in telling me that it was not quite time to service. He gave me details on when to do that. (he could have just taken my watch and my money). I highly recommend RK & Co.

I went to R&K for the first time today. I was running to the UPS Store and figured I'd drop on to R&K to see if they were able to resize my stainless steel bracelet. The woman who helped me was very kind and honest which is rare these days. She showed me that my links were not saudered which means it was easy to do and said I could even do it at home. She took a few minutes to take out some links and make sure it was a good fit. I was happy to pay for the service but she said there was no charge since it was very simple. I thought this was such a kind gesture and will definitely be back!

Just opened a new business in the same shopping center and stopped by to have the battery changed in my Bulova. Very nice showroom and excellent service, was in and out in five minutes. Definitely will be back!

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé through RK & Co Jewelers and she can't stop admiring its beauty. We were determined to find a top-notch lab-grown diamond for its environmental and ethical advantages. Reza and Carol not only delivered a phenomenal triple excellent diamond at a very competitive price, but also made the entire process a triple excellent experience with their service, knowledge, and professionalism. We were presented with several great options and given plenty of time to think and compare them against other jewelers without feeling pressured. As my husband and I prepare for a move to Florida, one of our to-do's was to get all of our watch batteries replaced (and we have a lot of watches). Every time I visit Carol and Reza and RK & Co., I feel like I am visiting family. I don't go there often, but they always remember me and ask me about my family. And they do this with EVERY CUSTOMER! While sad about moving away from my cherished vendors, I am reminded that there are great, honest, reputable and trustworthy people like Reza and Carol in the (business) community. What has happened to COMMON COURTESY?First, let me start out by saying I am not without fault and I admit to my mistakes. Unfortunately, life gets in the way at times. In December 2022, I was recovering from my second emergency surgery in six months and out of work on short-term disability so, my paycheck was much less than the norm. That resulted in the need for additional money to cover some expenses. I have used RK & Co some years previously for a small pawn and had a great experience. I felt very comfortable with Reza and Carol and to be honest, enjoyed my trips to their store and the conversations we had - political ones at that. My medical leave ended in mid-January and was back at work full-time. Then, In early February, my company went through a reorganization and I lost my job. At this point, my focus was and still is on finding another job. In late March, my dog and I were attacked by a loose dog. I was fine but my dog died the next day. This was a very traumatic event and my focus shifted to that situation and dealing with a very poorly run Animal Control unit in the county I live as well as trying to find a job. Since this, I am dealing with new health issues that keep me in doctor's appointments. I am the executor of my parent's property, both now are gone and I am still working to get that taken care of. There are also the normal daily things to be taken care of: bills, cleaning, laundry, kids and grandkids, etc.I am by no means asking for a pity party nor trying to say I have more on my plate or am worse off than everyone else. I am just trying to say, I am human and extremely busy. The pawn slipped my mind. As I was on my way to a consult, I opened my console and found in a stack of receipts the pawn ticket from RK & Co. I called immediately and started speaking with Reza about the pawn and was told that he would have Carol contact me. Shortly after, I received a call from Carol who told me she never heard from me and all of my items had been melted. I don't think I need to explain how I felt at this point. One of the items was my great-grandfather's. We had even talked about some of the history I knew about it. Another was my grandmother's and another was my Mom's.I am well aware it was a risk but it was all I had to use to get the funds I needed right away. I chose to use RK & Co again to pawn my items because of the level of comfort I felt with them. I also recall getting a call as a reminder before. There were definitely places not as out of my way that I could have gone. When Carol first told me, I assumed I must have missed a call from them but I checked my phone and did not see one nor any messages. Again, I realize I am not without fault but ask again....What has happened to COMMON COURTESY? Extremely disappointed puts it mildly. Things just go from bad to worse. I guess there's no law that says they have to call me but it would have been nice and appreciated. I would have been more than willing to pay or do something in addition. I had always felt welcome and comfortable there before. No one knows what situation someone else might be in so to just assume one is not coming back shows very little if any integrity, honesty, discretion, trust or security.
