“My wife and I relocated to Georgia after her company transferred her position from Southern California. To be honest, we didn't think we could buy a house yet as I was looking for a new job, we didn't know the area at all, and as first-time buyers we were definitely more than a little intimidated by the entire process. I know that he has plenty of other clients, but we always felt like we had his full attention, and he was always available to answer questions. When we found the perfect house for our needs, he made sure that we got the best possible deal and to be honest, we walked away feeling great about what he was able to negotiate for us. Again, we were not buying an expensive house, our budget was modest, and we were buying a starter house that was a fixer upper. I am sure we are among his more "low budget" clients, but he made sure to make the process feel special and he was right by our side through it all. He calmed us down when things got stressful (we had to close in 3 weeks as we were losing our temporary housing, so things definitely got stressful through the underwriting process and when we had some snags on the financing side he was on the phone talking me down from full blown panic at 10:00pm) he advocated for us when needed, and he made us feel like we had someone looking out for us through it all. Honestly, we can't thank Patrick enough, he changed our lives in ways that I don't think he even realizes, and gave us the encouragement, support, and local knowledge to reach our lifelong goal of owning our own home. We love our new home, and we love owning our own land. Once we have renovated this house and are ready to find our forever home, we will absolutely have Patrick as our agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I would send my mother or my daughter to him with full confidence that he would give them the attention, care, and patience that he gave us.
