Jeff was amazingly helpful especially when I couldn't work anything in the car during the test drive! He patiently explained and assisted every time. Lisa in finance was a dream to work with and Martin was great at answering all my questions. I love that I can stop by and have him explain things until I get use to it! Amazing team! Update: Recently took my vehicle in to this location for service! Amazing! Not only did they fix my car they did it same day! They even washed my car so it looked better than it did before I took it in! This experience has restored my faith in the brand! I had an extremely bad experience at Mercedes Benz of Atlanta on Boggs Road in Duluth (never to this location) which made we want to give up on the brand altogether! However my experience at RBM of Alpharetta changed my perspective! The service department was friendly, communicative, and resolved all issues! They also honored my certified preowned warranty! I am so thankful because I almost lost hope in the brand! I want to give a sincere thank you to the RBM of Alpharetta team! I highly recommend this service team!

Awesome dealership. This is my second time of buying here and Sid Karaca was my associate. He kept me informed when we sat down to put the build for both cars and he also did not charge me adm on the latest g63, they also offered me a great trade in value on previously purchased Suv from them. Sid and team rocks!!!!

I’ve never gotten bad service from the service department but, today proved that there’s always a chance of something can happen. Today, I was returning my loaner car, the attendant greeted me. I told him that I needed to get my belongings out the car. (I wasn’t able to get most of the stuff out because I received notification late the day before that my car was ready) I prior communication I was told a part was ordered so i was under the impression I might have the car a couple more days. I didn’t change my work schedule because I was thinking I might get a call next week. The attendant by the name of Christian watched me struggle with bags, my work jacket, and a case of ginger ale I forgot I had in the trunk. Never once did he asked if I needed assistance. Once I got in the waiting room I placed everything on the chair then proceeded to get some coffee. Christian then signaled to me across the room to say “they are calling your name outside”. Again he watched me pick all my belongings up struggling again, not even holding the door for me. Again it was the utmost disrespect of customer service to me.
