Keelah is a GODSEND! Sometimes calling the insurance company directly can not only be stressful, but time consuming. Keelah was the savior to that all! Not only was she just the sweetest to deal with but she was quick yet efficient and thorough! I am beyond out done at how poorly I was just treated not only by his office manager Karen but by Raymond himself. I called with a valid question regarding State Farm's guidelines and their accident free discount. Not only was Karen RUDE , she was very uninformed. When I went on to explain to her that her information wasn't 100% correct she basically attempted to hang up on me. When I requested to speak with Raymond she told to contact 1800 State Farm and to find another State Farm agent to talk too. I had my co worker call back and she was transferred to Raymond without hesitation. I got on the line and explained to him what had just transpired with his office manager and his response was, "Oh I'll have a talk with her". Really!!!!!! No apology or any type of empathy from him at all! Business must be really good for this agent and he has no need for new business! Well if that's the case I'm glad because he will never get my business or anyone I know! So If your looking for a knowledgeable State Farm agency who's agent along with their staff will treat you with respect, PLEASE keep looking!!!!
