If I could give this Racetrac zero stars, I would've. Not only is it poorly run and they only clean the frozen yogurt machines on Sunday, but it's never been open late night for the past 8 months that I've lived near it. There was even a sign on the door stating that I could make a purchase at the drop box after hours, but the staff member just kept shaking his head and mouthing that he couldn't hear us. Drive down to the Quicktrip, if you want to find a gas station that's ACTUALLY open. I have given Racetrac so many chances that I'm just done and fed up. The one star rating that it has is far too generous.

The idiot running the cash register is always on his phone while checking people out. He never says a word and seems like he's on drugs.

They pick and choose who they let In for third shift. All men were allowed in and out but once a woman pulls up as they’re letting people out. Puts a sign that they are closed. This happens to often way to often. They are not. 24 hour race track

This gas station needs to stay open PAST 10:00 pm . I’ve heard from multiple people that live nearby and say staff lock the doors at 10:00 pm sharp. Why? All the other Racetrac locations are open 24 hours!!!! What’s up with this one?

I recently moved in the area and having a racetrac instead of QT station, not at all a good experience. I went there twice and both time I was told they are closed even though online it was mentioned that they are Open... 2nd time was today when I barely made it to the station to get Gas around 4:30ish AM. The Newspapers were still outside the door and door was locked! If you have Staff issues Hire more, improve the service which will for sure increase your Business! And Honestly like mentioned down by someone QT should be here instead. I highly Agree!Why I can’t post without giving any star at all by the way? Lol

This place is so poorly run. Always closes extremely early and never has the inside open for customers. Hours are not accurate and the staff is extremely rude. If I owned this location I would do some deep reflection because this is the worst run Racetrac in the entire state of Georgia by far.

They always close every time, we come here when we try to knock the door they always ignore u guys are supposed to be a 24/7 I ran out of gas before, and when I asked for help they never helped horror gasstion

There's always 20-30 hotdogs on the rollers and not 1 hotdog bun to be found. I guarantee they throw away so much food. Animals died for nothing bc these people are too lazy to restock the buns. They'd rather talk loudly about who's working what shifts instead of greeting the customers. Such low class personel.

I stop at this Racetrac every week. It’s always well -stocked and the staff is friendly. Today Owen went above and beyond. I am temporarily on crutches after a surgery and Owen took my basket, helped me shop, and then took my items to my car. That’s next level. I hope the store’s GM knows what a gem of an employee they have ?

This store is a JOKE when it comes to customer service. They have 24 hours open for business, however I was there at 8:30pm to purchase items and was literally kicked out the store from a male clerk who wears glasses on 01-10-23. He yelled at me and another female customer " ma'am we are closed" very aggressive and rude! Lost my business!

The staff are incredibly nice and I’m never disappointed when I come here. Great place to pick up something while you get some gas.
