E-85 pumps extremely slowly (16 gallons in 20 minutes). I’ve put in a support request in hopes of a fix. My second issue is the everlasting maintenance state of the Coke Icee… I’ve never seen it working in the 10+ times I’ve tried to get one. The other flavors are always available but never that one. The store is very clean and the staff is nice.
UPDATE: The E-85 pump finally got fixed after 3 support requests over 2 months. Regardless, they listened. Added a star. I also saw the Coke Icee working for the first time ever today (pic).

Teach your employees some manners. I've had issues with 2 different employees here being disrespectful and rude in the past few months. I won't be coming back to this location.

The inside is the worst one I’ve seen. Like they have no manager or something. But they got that extra cheap diesel so I’ll keep coming back.

Understaffed and never any receipt paper for purchased gas at pump. “See cashier.” 10 min plus to wait and get receipt. Not coming back again. If you need or want receipts for work, or because you want to make sure your card is correctly charged; or don’t have spare time on your hands, don’t bother coming here. Reason supposedly is they are “too busy to refill the paper.” Pumps are slow.

Love the self checkout but customer service could have been more welcoming and courteous. The young man just stood next to me grumbling.

Never has food out for lunch. Never stocks the condiments bar. Beverages are usually flat or just water comes out. This is a consistent practice with this branch. I suggest to go to another location or another vendor.

Brandy the manager didn’t help me one single bit. Rude and yelled at me. They charged me twice and when I showed them proof on my phone, they told me it wasn’t their problem and to call the resource number on my card when I already contacted my card company and they told me racetrac was responsible for fixing it. Called me a liar. They don’t care and didn’t offer me a refund. She screamed at me to “go ahead and call corporate and tell them my names brandy!” I want my money back or I will be reporting this to corporate everyday until I get this handled the right way it should’ve been all along.

What's wrong with the guy at the checkout? He was crazy. He gave me a response that was almost screaming. I didn't take him seriously, but the supervisor was talking to him and he was just telling him to relax... and he didn't take him seriously.
