I recently visited Racetrac store #461 in Alpharetta, GA on Mansell Rd. and was incredibly impressed with the service. Don, the manager, along with Tamika and Ashley, were professional, courteous, and demonstrated the highest level of integrity. Their exceptional teamwork and dedication made for a truly outstanding experience. Highly recommend this location!

I work near by and stop in this RaceTrac frequently. Never had a problem until today. I went in and bought some nachos for lunch. At first the cashier did not know how to ring them up. He rung them up then charged me extra for cheese. I told him there should not be a charge for cheese on my nachos. He then charged me double. The manager had to take it off for him. I paid then left. The cashier came out to my car banged on the window and said my card was declined. He could have told me in to store instead he followed me out. I had to go back in a said I will go back in since you can't do your job. The employee started screaming and cussing at me. Told me he was grown and I wouldn't talk to him like that. I said I don't care how old you are don't talk to me like that. He said I don't him woman but you and acting like one. I said you are not going to threaten me. I went inside told the manager Keenin that I was threatened it was down played. I told him I was calling corporate on both of them. I asked the manager what the cashiers name was. The cashier said ask me what my name is. I asked him he said Wayn Brown. I paid my card magically worked this time. I will be checking to see if I was double charged. I asked him again if his name was Wayn Brown. He told me I better get out. I said what are you going to do if I don't. The manager sent him to the back. I will never go to this RaceTrac again

Great if you want to get gas. If you want to buy anything inside there's only one person working and the line is like 10 people deep. I always end up having to go to the QuikTrip down the street.

horrible customer service.. the guy working behind the register waived at someone in front of me that he can leave without paying and when i went to register to pay for my stuff he tried to charge me double .. so letting your own people steal and charge others double price .. i even tried to speak to a manager he said its not possible i asked him to check his cameras and he will see what he did …

Bad, pump charged my debit $175 pending. The black woman with the old braids working 1/10/23 around 7:50 pm thought it was a joke when I asked for a refund.

I just wanted to alert you all there may be some people camping out on tables by your store. I live directly behind your store at the apartments, and go by your store just about every day. Last few nights I’ve noticed the same man with several bags and yesterday 11/26 around 2 there were some children outside alone asking for money so it seemed off to me . Otherwise , great store and friendly staff ?
