I thought QT was 24hr. This one had all the doors locked at 3:30 AM. Someone outside said there was a worker inside but I was unable to see them. I waited 15 minutes before leaving.

Crazy, I look at the review and figure it's going to be like a 4.8 and it's not even close and now I see why. Today I needed gas and I was craving a sweet tea because it is very sunny and warm outside, filled a cup with ice and both sweet tea dispensers were empty no note on them not turn backwards. I went to the register to pay for my gas and complained about the sweet tea being out in the guy said it didn't come in on the truck. What a lame excuse there are literally four quick trips within 3 mi of this quiktrip, someone needs to make a decision. Before you run at the gas I told him to just go ahead and ring up a drink and I'll go find else. Of course he hung it up because you are all about making money but the right thing to do would have been to apologize and come my drink because you were out of what I wentof course he hung it up because you are all about making money but the right thing to do would have been to apologize and come my drink because you were out of what I went for. I guess greed is more important than customer service. Should have gone to Racetrack! I probably would have been treated just as bad but they probably would have had sweet tea

Very impressed with the professionalism of management today. Customer didn't like seeing a woman employee moving a pallet and was demanding staff should rearrange rolls so 'men could do men's work', under threat of telling cooperate. Manager behind counter efficiently ignored her threats while politely continuing to check her out and invite her to return soon. From one retail store manager to another, utmost respect for one's ability to not escalate impossible customer demands while keeping a respectful level headed approach.
