My Black label Lincoln Navigator has less than 10,000 miles on it and was picked up for service on the 19th. It was scheduled to have an oil change, squeaking breaks fixed, and electronic issues repaired. Your service department was made aware of these issues when I scheduled the appointment. I was told that you'd have my car for 24 hours, and then it would be returned to me. I heard nothing from your company the first 24 hours. While the oil was changed within 48 hours, the other two issues were not. When I called 48 hours after it was delivered to you, I was told that it was ready for pick-up. I asked about the squeaky breaks and electronic issue, and they responded as if these issues were new to them. I was told that you'd have to keep the truck another day to address the problems.Long story short, you had my truck for 4 days. The electronic issue was never resolved, the breaks were "changed out" but CONTINUE to squeak, and my oil was changed. You had my truck for 4 days and managed, in that time, to change my oil. My Lincoln is supposed to have concierge service. While it was picked up on the 19th, I had to drive down there to retrieve it. My breaks still sound like an abused, neglected beater, and the electronic issues still plague me.I am not impressed. I would not recommend Quick Lane to anyone.

What a joke. Every car has an extra sticker beside the window sticker for $3000 worth of vapor. "Interior coating, exterior coating, windshield coating, headlight coating". Look forward to these clowns being out of business. This is why Ford wants to go direct to customer, dealers are a scam. Shop elsewhere. Prices online are +$3000 for every car on the lot.

Disorganized and poor customer service. Trying to schedule an appt for a mandatory recall and they want to keep the car 3-5 days. Made an appt days out only to get a call the day before advising they couldn't do it then... then get a call the day of wondering why we didn't show. Never had this much trouble at a car dealership. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

No one will answer phone. I have Black Label Lincoln and should get service. Had a confirmed appointment. When I arrived they said my appointment was lost in system and they would calm me back to reschedule. No calls back and they won't answer me either. If a service person reads this. Please call me at (404) 990-1183. My name is JeffMy warranty is going to run out and my car is defective.

I went in to discuss drivetrain issues I was having with my 2017 Ford F150. The service writer at the Quick Lane desk totally misinformed me on the transmission service intervals. In fact, after watching several Ford Technician posted videos on the 6R80 transmission this guy didn’t have one thing right. I’m glad he informed me It would be over a month before they could diagnose the problem, as I am much better prepared having read and watched videos about the issues my truck is experiencing.

I see why the reviews are not that good. I bought a vehicle here last November and it took 3 plus hours to finalize a cash deal even after making an appointment. I also got 2 comp services and I asked if I have to use it here, they said yes (real answer is no). So I drove past 2 other dealers to get here, had an appointment 3 weeks ago for a regular service. 3 hours later my truck was done. Never again will I visit this dealership unless they are giving a car away. And they have the gall to ask for 5 stars...

Impossible to get a human to actually answer the phone and speak with you unless you're calling the parts department. God forbid you need service on your vehicle... they just want the AI bot to talk with you and then they'll text you if you're lucky!So then you give the bot permission to text you and it sends you a message asking what you want after you've just told it everything and it says I'll tell so-and-so that you called... If you try to schedule an appointment with a service scheduler they're never available to take your call so you play phone tag with them... it's a total nightmare and that system has made me decide to leave them as a customer after doing business with them for a few years now.Super disappointed that someone there thanks that's a good substitute for quality customer care!!!

By far the worst service center in the area. I've owned every brand and been to all the service centers and this is the worst. I would not buy another Ford product for this very reason. You have to make an appointment several days out and when you show up, you find out that appointment is just to get your car in line. It will be another 5 days before they even look at it. What a joke.

We dropped our car off yesterday for a 60.000 check-up and were given an estimate. Later we were informed we needed new brakes and were also given an estimate. Around 4 PM the service called to inform us our car is ready, but they will charge 3 1/2 % on any credit card payment. This information needs to be told up front. Many customers will not have an extra $ 1500 any given month and have to charge the cost. its ok for a business to charge 3 1/2 % on credit card payments, but the customer has to be given the opportunity to take his car to another dealer that does not charge.An estimate needs to be signed by the customer and this information has to be on the estimate, not the big surprise at the time of pick up.After I spoke with the service manager this morning, he agreed to drop the extra fee.

Andrew O'Sheilds is not an honest salesperson and his manager Kevin Cosnic isn't either. I bought Mach-E new that had defect on the first day they delayed getting it fix blaming on the parts shortage in 2022 and now in 2023 they claim the warranty was decline when it was broken the first day. Both of them just try to avoid responsibility and pushing to Ford while Ford is saying is the dealership responsibility. Definitely not recommend or don't take your car if there is defect!

As background, I am a self-described car aficionado and very detail oriented about cars and related maintenance and repairs. ( My kids and friends would call me OCD about vehicles of all shapes, sizes, and values....) They say that service after the sale is what brings the customer back. With that in mind, Haley, Tim, Eric, and Zach have all been great to work with throughout my experience at Angela Krause Ford. I have taken my 2021 Ford Bronco in for a recall, maintenance, and warranty repairs. Considering the current people and supply chain challenges companies are still facing, the team has gone above and beyond to ensure that this work is done correctly, and my detailed questions are addressed. Thank you for the great customer service experience!!!
