Rounding up to 4. A cool place to explore with some lovely displays, but overall very disappointing pricing. Some great actual antiques mixed in with an overwhelming amount of new, mass produced merchandise, but most everything is laughably overpriced. Spotted a ~$20 lantern from target that I own, spray painted and marked at $70. It’s like they’re just guessing at value. Cheaply made decor pieces from Temu/amz marked up 400% abound. Unfortunately, this allowance makes one feel they’re likely to be duped throughout the store. My mother was an antique collector for decades and says the stores in her state are also crazily overpriced. I have visited this chain of stores for several years and antique and secondhand stores in general for decades, and the current pricing mindset is pretty arrogant and off putting. I hope this greedy practice gets turned back around post haste.

I really like the concept, but the store would not let me purchase something out of glass case because they “do not open glass cases 30 minutes before closing.” What kind of rule is that? You gave up a sale simply because you would can not open a case. I have never experienced something like that at an antique store before.
