I had an incredible experience at Publix today!! Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and smiling, and generally wanted to help. I could tell that everybody was working hard as a team to ensure that the customers have the best experience possible! It just shows that there's great leadership in the store- thank you!

I absolutely love shopping at this Publix. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and helpful. The store is impeccably clean. I shop in Publix at least 3 to 4 times a week. They have become my grocery family. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Catherine, Shaunta, Tiffany, Ani, Stephanie, Jacquelyn, Bryce, Michael, Ken, Cameron, Camlo, Vasu, Alexis, Nicolette, and Megan, for outstanding, excellent, ? % customer service and satisfaction.

I must take the time to acknowledge Jeremy at this Publix’ (States Bridge Rd) Butcher Department. I was shopping for Butcher Beef Bones (w marrow) to make a Homemade Beef Stock…there was only 1 package available. He asked me to wait so he could check availability, which he dud find more in their freezer. He asked how much - as I said “about 3lbs” he noticed the package I had picked up was totally mislabelled - the Weight was grossly mislabelled by at least 2/2.5 lbs. He proceeded to repackage & relabel the new package while providing me with nice choice bones which I totally appreciate. As we chatted, he immediately praised Publix, it’s staff, products & Management. As I briefly mentioned I had, since childhood, always wanted to be a butcher, he highly recommended I apply… i’m now comfortably retired, but Jeremy brought back the “fire” in me. I will be discussing this with my wife & see if she would forgo a few European or Safari trips so that I can finally achieve one of my dreams. Publix would definitely be icing on this cake!! Thank you Jeremy! From now on you will my go to Butcher …. till I get there!

You can withdraw money from your bank, it is very varied to buy, it is clean, I don't think they allow pets, it has a Starbucks, and there is a Texmex food restaurant on one side, there is a T-mobile. It has ample parking and wheelchair access.

It is unfortunate that Mrs. Tam from costumer service refused to give me service to pay for some things I bought when she was doing nothing, she sent me to another cashier, it is the worst service I received at Publix, received at Publix from Tami from costumer service when she refused to charge me for some products by sending me to another cashier when she was doing nothing. Sad.
