So incredibly thankful for Liz and everyone at the bakery! I needed 24 cupcakes with pink frosting in less than 24 hours and after calling two other Publix's, Birmingham was my last hope. They were not only able to accommodate my last minute request but even offered extras (sparkles and shades of pink) and an earlier pick up time than I asked. 3pm order placed and picked up at 701am the next day!

The staff at this Publix makes shopping there a pleasure. If you need something, there's always someone close by to help you. One in particular named Sabrina helped me find 3 items on one trip. She knew exactly where to find them. Saved me a lot of searching.

Created the best birthday cake for my son. I showed them a very basic crawfish pull apart cupcake and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Attaching the picture I showed them v. what they created for his crawfish boil birthday party!

I can't say enough about this pharmacy team!!! The team member I worked with, I think her name is Nina, stayed on the phone with my insurance over an hour trying to get the cost of my medication adjusted. She was tenacious! Really appreciate them! Thank you Publix!!

Culture generates culture. The mindset and professionalism one partakes on the store are 6 stars quality! The employees always have a smile to share and have the client as a priority at all times. They do a lot of teamwork and are extremely efficient. Although, that is not the best this Publix has to offer, omg the Deli!!! The sense of urgency, the customized service, the commitment these guys have with their job is incommensurable. They should All get a raise!! Yea all of them, I’ve witnessed it for months! Especially Milena, Nat and the guy with the mustache, they are AWESOME! They also prep food like no other, I have nothing but compliments! If you ever need something or grab some food, and you’re not considering passing by this Publix, let me tell you, you’re making a Big Mistake. Amazing people make the difference, and these employees are BEYOND AMAZING!! You should export that culture everywhere in America.
