The Pharmacist there Jackie is the most dedicated, kindest, smartest pharmacist I have ever come across in my life. I am a physician and am always impressed by her knowledge of the medicines and her relentless dedication to her job. We travel extra 20 min to this Publix just so we can see Jackie. Seeing " aunty Jackie" is always the highlight of my daughters day when we go there.

was shopping for steak and it was almost closing time, one of the employees saw I was looking for a specific cut of steak and cut a specific slice and amount for me without me even asking. he knew what I wanted and was all over it. great service!

The only reason I come here is it's the only Publix near me with self checkout. I'm not asking a lot, leave me alone and take my money. Online deli and sun orders are never on time and the deli workers speak like 3 words of English. It's awful Sub today was not made to order.

placed an order for 3 subs to be ready at 11:10, i get there to pick everything up during my 30 min lunch break for them to be so unprepared and rude and i left with only 2 subs, which neither of those were mine they were for my other coworkers , so i spent all that time for me to not eat anything for lunch.just checked one out of the 2 they handed us and it's not even our sandwich so basically only one person got their right sandwich and 2 of us didn't eat.

Never I mean NEVER GO to the Deli during Lunch Esp if Caitlyn is working... she's super slow heard a customer say pick the cheese she says IDK I don't even pick my own HUH Like why would it take a FULL hour to make five orders Mangement can see it's backed up in the deli during lunch there not helping what a waste of time Most def order ONLINE and pick up you will not have time to eat if you wait online not happening UPDATE : okay so this public stepped it up for sure thanks to The Manager Pierre for his work an dedication truly seems like he cares an unlike most that matters to me!! He made sure my food was made on time and with care after there was an error with the order

Pharmacy won't recommend to anyone. Terrible atitude. First of all they provided less antibiotic than it was prescribed by doctor and instead of apology and fix the issue their main pharmasist started yelling at me and making me a fool in front of other people that I make her provide more medicine. I needed this antibiotic for my child and now I have to switch to other more proffesional pharmacy. Be aware that they can provide less medicine than in the prescription. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone and report it to their customer support.

I love Publix. Always have, probably always will. You really cannot go wrong with any of the prepared sandwiches or bakery items. The mojo rotisserie chicken is always flavorful and so juicy. We always keep our fingers crossed when we walk by in hopes they have some in stock. They fly off the shelves and I absolutely know why. The fruit tart is one of our favorites. So amazing. Also - the chicken tender sub is phenomenal! So many Publix branded items that are really great. There are consistently bogo promotions and other sales. Fast and friendly service every time. Perfection! We love how quiet this Publix always is, in particular. This is our go-to location as it is closest to our residence.

I love the customer service here. When I was unable to find the chocolates in the store but they showed them on line, one retail associate looked for me. However, when he was unable to find them for me, the brown haired man (sorry I did not get your name) at the customer service desk went into the warehouse to get what I was looking for. He even bagged them for me. The manager and the cashier, Kaylee, were very sweet too. Now that is what good customer service is - being valued for just being a customer at their store. This Publix store always delivers on that and I really appreciate that. Thank you for the help young man. You just made my day!

Well, I was reminded that the Publix heiress has supported the Trump campaign and that I shouldn't be going there anymore. And before anyone jumps up and down about democrats vs. republicans, I don't take sides either way. But you have to admit an idiot is an idiot no matter what side of the fence you sit on. Anyway, my home supermarket is Kroger, I just like them the prices are better, the selection is better that is it. But I do know that that one area that Publix exceeds in is the deli department. There is just something about a good Publix's sandwich that can't be beat. Not Jimmy John's, Not Subway, heck not even Kroger makes a better sandwich. Now I have noticed that they now have a greeter at the front door that will give you a cart, the staff inside are always friendly and helpful with a kind word asking you about your day and "my don't you look nice." Now I say this to point out how sadden I will be to not visit you until somethings change. I'll link the story below so you can see it for yourself:

Publix seems to have gone through some extensive service training. Noticed a big difference in last few months with staff engagement and friendliness. They try and greet you when you walk down aisles,walk customers to items not pointing etc.

This place doesn’t know what they are doing. This is the third time that they told me that my parents ‘ prescriptions are ready. I did ask her twice if all of the medicines are ready and I emphasized that I want to pick them up all at the same time. But when my parents went there, they said only two prescriptions are ready. Apparently my time is not as valued as their time. They don’t care about other people time or not. Dealing with these people at pharmacy is just a headache. Please do something about your communication and slackness, don’t just say “ I am sorry “ then do it again and again. I would rather see action! Bye Falicia!

quality, cleanliness and service is always pretty good. however I dislike and feel very uncomfortable by seeing people without mask on this Pandemic. Publix should enforce the mask for everyone protection. if customers that have health issues and cannot have mask is a cheap excuse. first they should not be in public places. they can order on line.

Worst experience ever will not be back! They did not have the carts for my disabled son so I had no way of fully containing him through out the store. He loves to get a free cookie from the bakery and they said the only way he could get one is he had to ask for one. He is unable to request a cookie due to his disability. I had to deal with his meltdown of being denied a cookie for the rest of my shopping! Individuals with disabilities are NOT Welcome at this location!!!
