If I could give zero stars I would. Whenever I go to pick up my meds there is only ever one person working and there is a huge line. You also have another worker just standing there not helping the line even though it is obvious there is a line get some help and be more courteous about your customers. Kroger was never this bad.

After 3 days of my wife being in the hospital, I went to get all of her new medicines and some additional medical related items-like 15 in all. I was completely overwhelmed, obviously scared. The pharmacist took his time to explain everything to me & how it all worked. They were out of one item & he suggested I checked with CVS. I went to CVS and it couldn’t have been a worse experience. When I got home, I called the pharmacist back & he helped me find what we needed. Every time we use Publix pharmacy, they are helpful, kind, and professional. Shout out to y’all. And more importantly THANK YOU!

Your friendly neighborhood Publix! Always great for a quick grocery run or a quick stop for lunch. The workers here are always so friendly and helpful if you have questions. I've been coming to this Publix for over 20 years and have a great time. Their fresh/hot food is made daily and refilled. The pub subs are made and packed to your fulfillment. Can never go wrong with grabbing a pastry or treat from the bakery. There is plenty of parking in front of Publix and easy to find within the plaza.

Had to run in and run out with something quick to take home for dinner. I picked from a ragtag selection of limited and sitting fried chicken . . . yes, I know, fried chicken is not the best choice, but I haven't had any in quite a while and could get it off my mind as I entered the deli area. I went with a thigh, leg and breast. The nice lady behind the counter noticed the pickings were scraggly and old. She she said she'd go in the back to get three fresh pieces, but first saying they have an eight piece special for $9.99. I said, "No thanks" as it is just for me an my wife. She came back out with three fresh and delicious looking pieces, put it on the scale and pointed out it was going to cost me $6.69 reminding me I could get eight pieces for $9.99, only $3.30 more for almost triple the pieces. It made me think, "Who doesn't like cold fried chicken for a snack or even meal the next day.? Plus its Publix fried chicken! I went with the eight piece special. Truly appreciate the employee looking out for me and taking an interest. Unfortunately, this is not the closes Publix to where I live. I just happened to be passing by this one on the way home. I wish it was closer because the two closer ones to me would never take the time or interest in me. I very much recommend this particular Publix!

The India girl who answers the phone is completely useless!!!! Please hire someone who understands the meaning of customer service and speaks good English. She was rude and of no assistance whatsoever.

I had the WORST experience with the short guy at the deli (jeovani)! I preordered a sub and i didn't see it in the pickup area so I asked about it (in case I missed it on the shelf) and he gave me so much sass! He quickly made it, (which I appreciate), but I could tell he was pissed doing it! Definitely a chip on his shoulder and a sour grape in a patch of employees that are typically so friendly!

Terrible atitude. First of all they provided less antibiotic than it was prescribed by doctor and instead of apology and fix the issue their main pharmasist started yelling at me and making me a fool in front of other people that I make her provide more medicine. I needed this antibiotic for my child and now I have to switch to other more proffesional pharmacy. Be aware that they can provide less medicine than in the prescription. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone and report it to their customer support.

Just looooove Publix! Not so much for their overall pricing and selections, but for their People!! Today, Diane simply made our day. We went to the deli for some delectable Boars Head meats. She was so pleasant, courteous and professional, we went from just getting some cold cuts to having fun, cracking jokes and enjoying each other's company and it was all so genuine. We used to shop at the Kroger down the street (for 30 years), but it has gone downhill lately: staff seems unhappy all the time, all their meats look awful, the decaying stink in the store has been there for at least 3 years.... comparatively, Publix' meat department looks fresh, the meats look so appetizing, the butchers are always there to answer questions... and so on and so forth! So thank you Diana for making our day!! Be back soon!

I normally don't write reviews but I thought this location specifically deserved it. Wow! This is the best customer service I have ever received at a Publix!!! It's like the chickfla of Publix. The store is always nicely stocked and clean. Every time I go in there I receive amazing service. The staff is so nice and helpful. I love this Publix. Easily a 5 star rating.
