First off, I do not write reviews, this might be the second one in my whole time on the net since the 90's. Also, I am super picky when I look for a car, I used to be a car detailer, as well as a mechanic, and a body man. So I have a super keen eye when hunting for a vehicle to purchase. I finally found one after about a month of intense shopping my local dealers. I called and let them know that I was interested in one of their vehicle. A very nice 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE with a 2.5 Inline 5 cylinder and a Manual Transmission., very rare car. When I got there, on a cold day for Georgia, the car was already running waiting for me. I pulled up with a few friends and Majid was there with the key waiting. It was super clean, not covered up with "Tire Shine" all over everything like I see at other places. The interior and exterior were flawless, the engine compartment, clean as a whistle, no dress up. I was impressed with how well they took care on their vehicles. So me and one of my friends jumped in the car and took it for a spin. I went for about 20 minutes and the we headed back. We stopped at a Gas station and took a closer look at the vehicle and noticed that there was a new control arm on the car. Everything was in good order, so we headed back. When we got back, Majid introduced me to his brother, Ali, and I asked him about the car. I asked him about the control arm to be more to the point. He explained that when he got the car, the control arm bushings needed to be replaced, so he just replaced the whole control arm instead. Then, he pulled out a 7 or 8 page CarFax for the Jetta. It had one of the best service records I have ever seen, no wrecks, this thing was a local car, with over 33 Service Records, that's almost perfect. These guys obviously care about what they sell to other people. I had a good feeling, so I bought the car. I do not regret it one bit, this is a clean car and driving a manual again is allot of fun. If you are looking for a good car, that is not going to cost and arm and a leg, and works, go see Majid and Ali, they did right by me.

I bought an MR2 Spyder from Premier Auto Trader a few months ago. Before completing the purchase, I had no issues with the owners. We negotiated for the sale of the vehicle. Within the span of 5 days, the rear window on the convertible top literally fell out while away from home. My girlfriend and I had to attempt to re adhere the window to the top. What a disaster! I contacted Premier Auto immediately to let them know and see if they would work with me to rectify the top issue. Not surprisingly, their response was "sorry we can't help you with that. We're sorry for your misfortune. You got a good deal on the car, which should help cover the cost." Ouch.
I ended up buying a replacement top and asked if they at least would split the cost of the top with me. Splitting it would have been $175. They never responded. So after top and installation, an extra grand was immediately dropped into the car.
In my opinion, the mark of a great business is not how they treat you before the transaction, but after. Premier Auto could have stepped up and offered some type of assistance in this instance. I would have loved to have walked away from this deal feeling great. They could have made that possible with a little decency and understanding.
I'd be leery of doing business with them. If you're considering purchasing from them, I'd suggest a full independent inspection from a trusted mechanic. Then, just hope you're lucky after the sale is completed. If not, just be ready to accept their sincere apologies.

I had spent several weeks looking for a first car for our youngest son. I started with Facebook Marketplace and had marked down a few that I was interested in. Everything I looked at was not fully up to my expectations until I came to Premier Auto Trader and looked at a 2012 Volkswagen Passat they had for sell, then I'm glad I ran into these guys! I absolutely couldn't believe how great a condition the vehicle was in! The engine was clean, I couldn't find a scratch on the body, the interior was perfect, and it drove wonderfully! I was so sure that I wanted this vehicle and that I wanted to purchase it from these guys that I went and got a check shortly after and made the purchase official! Unlike other used car dealers that jam pack their cars bumper to bumper in a tight parking lot, it was obvious that they are picky on what vehicles the bring in and make sure they are in tip top shape before listing. Would definitely buy from them again!

Best car purchase experience. Ali and his brother are so knowledgeable about cars they have great customer service skills they know how to treat a person. They even fixed the small oil leak before they sold the car to me. I have been ripped off before but now I know where to go when I need to purchase another car.

I have bought maybe 20 used cars over a 40 year span, And I have never bought a car that was more clean, reliable and maintained as the 2009 Saab I bought...Ali and his brother was friendly and very honest....Just professional.

Just recently flew in from out of state purchased a car here that looked amazing in the pictures. I wasn’t disappointed when I arrived. The owner was very honest and upfront about the few minor problems the car did have before I came. Drove it 400 miles back to Florida with zero issues. Smooth transaction. ????

Purchased a vehicle 7/2019. I took it to my mechanic and it has a lot of repairs needed. I am in hopes of resolving this issues with Ali. I will update my post with either positive review or negative review depending on how the dealer handles the situation. I purchased vehicle for my 17 yr old to get to school and work and I have had to spend a lot of money in repairs. I will update rating soon.***update to review. I spoke with Ali a few hours ago. I explained all the repairs i had to do. He asked me to touch base with him at the end of the week after I replaced 2 fuel pumps and he wanted me to see if that took care of check engine light. He just called me after he saw my review i posted earlier. please read first review above. He angrily thanked me for my review and told me to never call him again. Unfortunately i had to update my review negatively since he is not going to accept responsibility for selling a vehicle that needed a lot of mechanical repairs at the time of purchase. I have repaired fuel pump (2) brake rotors, washer reservoir, starter, turbo boost solenoid and diverter valve. I purchased vehicle for $7000 and i have paid a total of $3235.22 in repairs. PLEASE do not purchase a vehicle from them before having your mechanic check the vehicle. I failed and trusted Ali to sell me a car that was road worthy. My 17 year old son saved for his first dream car and now we have no assistance from Ali simply because i posted a review. We have to publicly share information to avoid being taken advantage of. Please be aware and have vehicle inspected first before purchasing. I will be translating this in Spanish so everyone is aware of the situation. I will more than gladly post invoices of repairs that i had to pay for on my own. I was hoping to update my review on a positive note but unfortunately Ali refused to help.

Ali is a very trustworthy owner. We came to a fair deal on a vehicle and then a couple days later the car experienced a problem. I contacted Ali and he never hesitated to offer to fix the issue. It was repaired quickly and I couldn't be happier.
