“There's a line, but there's the friendliest employee holding the door for everyone and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. He really is giving off great energy to everyone.”

“Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!”

“The counter worker Denzel is amazing and a ray of sunshine. Such a positive attitude, friendly, and good singer. All post offices need more positive people like him. Great experience.”

“Although this is a very small, tucked away Post Office satellite, they had two very nice ladies working late on a Friday night. Very polite and efficient. Highly recommend if you need to quickly ship a package or buy a box.”

“I wanted to send some large flat photo mailers international. I first went to the Briarcliff post office, where the clerk said they could not process international for some reason, and then told me that each packet required a customs form. So I took the forms and filled them out at home. The next day, I headed to the Chamblee post office, where I was told that they could not process international mail at their facility as their machines were down temporarily due to paperwork issues. The clerk recommended I go to the Dunwoody post office. When I went to the Dunwoody post office, the clerk questioned why I wasn't able to mail international at either facility, and said I didn't need a customs form for large envelopes that were less than 3/4 inches thick, and even showed me his screen with the instructions. There was no special machine to process international. He just used the same scale and program as for domestic. He processed my mailers at a letter rate which was much cheaper than the parcel rate that the Briarcliff clerk said I needed. I was in and out of the Dunwoody post office in a matter of minutes. I appreciate getting the quick efficient and accurate service that the other two post offices did not provide. For the record, the Briarcliff post office has not mailed international for me for at least two years that I recall. Guess I am driving to Dunwoody for this special service from now on.”

“When I was told I would have to mail everything for my passport renewal through the USPS, I psyched myself up for a not so great experience and headed over to the Peachtree Corners location. Talk about a nice surprise! I was helped by the nicest lady (I failed to get her name, darnit!) who reviewed my info, and made sure I had everything filled out correctly (make sure you sign and date the application with black ink!!) and had me out of there in a jiffy knowing that my passport renewal should be seamless. This branch has completely changed my attitude about the USPS and is my go to moving forward! Highly recommend!”

“No wait in line when I arrived mid-afternoon on a Thursday; the one customer ahead of me was gone before I had my items ready to take to the counter. USPS employee that helped me was nice/friendly. No complaints.”

“The USPS gets a lot of bad reviews and it's not hard to see why. It's a public service that EVERYONE uses, and like all other useful public services this one finds itself consistently underfunded and understaffed. But despite the systematic issues the post office faces, I would say the folks at MY local post office have been very helpful in locating my missing packages. Bless the people that work here, I cannot imagine the insanity they have to deal with every day.”

“This place has only mail pickup service. Nothing else. The staffs are very helpful. The lady on the front desk helped me to pick up one important mail as I was going out of town in the afternoon.”

“I had a package that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I went into the post office to make an inquiry. Teresa was kind, patient & attentive enough she was working the front alone & there was a long line of customers. She assured me I would get a phone call with an update. I received a call within the hour with an update my package had been located & delivered to the correct parcel locker for my retrieval.”

“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”

“Sandra was so helpful and friendly with our passport appointment. She clearly knew way more about the process for a newborn than we did but she was patient with helping us through.”

“Hopefully, I got her name right, Faye, has always been helpful and efficient. I come here maybe twice or more per week and have no problems. She's the person at the counter 90% of the time and I love her speed. There's a man sometimes too and he's mannerable and efficient. Thanks for making my transactions smooth guys???.”
