My experience with Jessica was great 5 stars.. she did an amazing job on my nails. Upon walking to pay my bill the guy at the front desk (Bobby) was rude and disrespectful as I don’t know what. I asked him a question about what he quoted me on the phone and he told me very disrespectful I just didn’t want to pay?? Mind you I’m loving great service I just had and ALWAYS pay what’s due and even more. But, if do have a question about my total that changed from what I was quoted you best believe I will ask just out of concern. I reward great service. Please get another front door guy. He is bad for business.

Not honest.. they said only the price for manicure for kids. During the nails, they asked kids if they like designs, they said ok.. they changed 15$ extra on top of it..
WHY CANT THEY SAY IT COSTS EXTRA BEFORE THEY DO WHICH IS NOT IN THE MENU??

Love this place. My nails are great except for one time they peeled but Eric had me come back in and they fixed it!

Their gel is old and can’t be applied properly so it won’t last more than a few days. Won’t go again!!!

I love posh! My nails always look so pretty and they last a while which is a plus. The staff is so welcoming and I’ve never left unhappy!

I usually go to a different salon but my tech has been out sick. I heard good thing about this place. I called and asked how much it was for remove and reapply my SNS. No tips etc. they told me 50.00. I went in. The tech was VERY NICE and did a wonderful job besides that I asked for me nails to be buffed smooth underneath 3 times and they are still sharp as hell. I can fix that when I get home but again it’s the fact that I paid more than I do by 15.00 and didn’t get what o wanted.The biggest shocker was when I went to pay and they told me it was 60.00!! I told them they quoted me 50 when I called.They said because it was coffin shaped that was 5.00 more and because they are long it was more. I will never ever go here again. If they had been upfront then yes but they weren’t honest.

Unfortunately for me, many times they just keep me waiting in spite of being there after scheduling appointments. Most times my manicure SnS and pedicure appointments take almost 1.5 hours as they make me sit for first half hour doing nothing or soaking my nails in acetone and letting them get too dry. You will get super preference if you’re White and you will be attended almost immediately and pampered very nicely. Racism definitely prevails so choose wisely before paying $100+ for your nails. I refuse to pay this kind of money and treated bad more than 50% of the times.

A neighbor recommends this to us and we had a semi-pleasant experience. Our nail technicians took a very long time to come. They did a fantastic job but it's not worth overpaying for the original price of the pedicures and manicures.

Initially gave this place 5 stars but it's now a 1. I booked my appointment a month ago, drove 1 hour to my appointment, was told I would have a long wait because people requested my nail tech (mind you the request was last minute from said client). The issue - I booked my nail tech a month ago. If there was a scheduling issue why didn't they call me and tell me before I drove an hour. That's extremely terrible customer service.
