Employee named Shades, was really helpful and approachable when we had questions about some items with good customer service. Item was good too with fair pricing.

This store has a lot to offer (tons of Funko, nice collection of everything anime) but the staff hides behind the counter. Prices are a bit steep.

While this store does have some amazing items , they have some that are over priced. I bought a figure there and then found the same figure at the Barnes and noble there a few minutes later for $15 cheaper. They have a ridiculous no return policy after I had just purchased the item and would not let me get my money back even thought it was cheaper somewhere else. That is terrible customer service. I was literally just there and the least they could have done was let me get a return or price match it. This store really needs to change the return policy, it’s ridiculous. It was still sealed and I hadn’t even opened it.

Kind, knowledgeable staff, has an incredible selection of pretty much all stuff geeky/nerdy pop culture-wise, including Gundam build kits, face masks, and decorative swords from different shows, games and movies. I can highly recommend this place for gifts and such, given their prices are fair for a mall
