I would first like to say Thank you to Raul Gonzalez Fernandez, for being such an outstanding , caring and supportive person. I came into pnc bank yesterday frustrated and worried about an issue that occurred with my account (Not Pnc fault btw). Raul gladly took me in his office and was determined to help and make sure that I didn’t leave without my problems resolved and that I was beyond satisfied. Well I can say I’m eternally grateful and deeply satisfied with his service. He listened and made me feel more than like a customer but a friend. I am glad I came this bank to get the help I needed. I’m very proud to bank with PNC!

LOVE THIS LOCATION! everyone here is super nice and helpful ESPECIALLY Maria!! she is super sweet and so very helpful and very friendly! not enough good things to say about her!! i always see her whenever i go here because she is the best! everyone else is also super nice and welcoming! love love love this place

Day 1 - went in spent about an hour trying to submit a loan application so I can pay off medical bills and vet bills. They had “system issues” and told me to come back tomorrow morning at 9am. I stressed the urgency of the situation and they assured me I’d be fine and that I’d get a loan right after my application was submitted. I expressed the urgency of events going on my life and all they did was WAY over promise. They said my account was pre-selected for this and that I’d be approved. Once again, I went through past bank experiences and they reassured me that I’d get the loan. I trusted them, since I’m not a banker.Day 2 - I let them know about vet issues, medical, friend’s wedding, needing to take an expensive licensing exam and they still assured me that it would be quick and easy. They were telling me I’d be successful and yada yada ya. They had “system issues” again processing my application, and someone else had to took over. They said I’d get a call later that day about the loan that they were so excited for. I didn’t get a call, instead when at the vet, I was unable to pay the full amount. They had to take down my drivers license and such. 5pm had hit and no call from them. 5:26 I get an email from pnc that application updated.Day 3 - the time window for my licensing exam expired. I lose my spot on that exam now. I call in, and they tell me my loan was denied..Maybe I should be a banker? How the F did I know I wouldn’t get approved when 2 bankers at PNC kept saying I would.If I find another bank I’m switching asap. Never overpromise

I had to stop by this branch on Tuesday, and Roger Pearson, one of the banking/ financial professionals was kind and knowledgeable, he was able to help me. So far i had a great experience with PNC Bank. Thank you!

Very pleased when I went in to set up my new bank account. Different design than I am used to in a bank (there is no counter), but very friendly and helpful. Only downside is once I became a member, they started calling me during the day while I was at work, sometimes 3 times in a week. If they left voicemails, they said it wasn't urgent and wanted to talk.. if it's not urgent then stop calling me at work lol! When I called, it is just their cold calls trying to get you to come in to upsell different products. Salesmen is not what I really want in a bank.

Very friendly staff, very clean location. Different design than a traditional bank, but everyone was very helpful and courteous. Only complaint I have is cold calls. After being a member of the bank for some time, I started getting calls, sometimes 3 days in a row, while I was at work. When they left voicemails, they said it was just a courtesy call to talk. When I called back, they said they wanted me to come in and have a chat to check on my. That's great, but after I told the rep I was fine and would call them if I needed them, I got calls again a few months later. I don't want a bank that is just salesmen. I appreciate the concern, but send an email or a letter instead; don't keep calling me at work.
