Absolutely the WORST location to sort out your banking issues. Had me waiting for almost 30 minutes, one associate could clearly see me sitting outside and knew the issue i was there for, but wouldn’t bother to help me until i got frustrated and told them that i had to go to work, while sitting in the cabinet, another associate walks in and has the audacity of asking me how my day has been going so far. After i get my debit card activated, they didn’t bother to tell me what my pin was or anything. I feel like people who are slow shouldn’t be handling peoples finances. Just my experience today at this branch makes me want to switch my bank

Not enough people working at this location. Drive through is a min 30 min wait if you’re 2nd in line. People are nice but Unfortunately the whole experience is unpleasantly long.

This bank is a JOKE, worst ever. All the employees are not properly trained. They constantly giving false, misleading, and inaccurate information. Not sure how they do their hiring but, I closed my accounts and suggest you do the same. Very shady bank and employees. High overdraft fees. not worth the headache. Get out while you can.

This place is a joke in the name of Personalized Banking. I was there this morning (Saturday 11/18). The drive thru was Open, and the sign was also was Green and said Open. I waited, pressed the call button for about 10 minutes. Two other cars lined up after me, and we all left the drive thru since no response for 10 mins.We parked and went inside the branch. This branch has no Teller counter. It’s 1-1 personalized banking, so you just wait in the lobby. No one was there to acknowledge us when we entered. John and another lady banker were there in their offices, with their customer. Least we could’ve expected is… one of them acknowledging and saying “Someone will be with you shortly. They both saw us, and kept on working…. As if we didn’t exist on the floor.After 15 mins, Yes, fifteen, Luis ;third banker) walked in to the lobby and said who’s next. I said I am, and he took me inside. Asked me if I was waiting for long time. I said Yes - 15. And said they should probably turn off the drive thru sign since no one is attending to that, and I said I was also waiting in the lane for another 10 mins. He didn’t care, didn’t apologize, no regrets or remorse.So Much for Personalized Banking.

Do not have tellers. You gave to wait to talk to a personal banker. Took over 15 minutes it just cash a check here as people were opening accounts with the "tellers". Worst experience ever at any PNC bank and have been a customer over 20 years.

Every time I come the ATM NEVER has money or it’s out of service. What’s the point? Can’t even cash your checks because there’s no teller. AND can’t use the ATM?

This is what just happened.I have 1 personal and 2 business accounts from there.I needed to open 1 more business account and made an appointment a day before (20hrs before made).And 1hr before my appointment time, they called me and asking me tax documents for opening up the account.I was not sure because documents they are asking are not required when i made other 2 accounts.So i wasnt sure why its needed, and suddently manager answered phone and he is busy and he wants me to reschedule and telling me to make sure to prepare the documents. How rude is that?I told them i already have 2 business accounts and need to open 1 more that same business type of onw of mine.Manager told me he did not know im the pnc customer. Even he calledt phone number that is registered and also i gave all my info when i made appointment.And still he doesnt want to help me open up the account and telling me to reschedule. Without apology.Im seriously considering to close all of my pnc banks accounts and definitely will claim about this store.This store is close to my place and this is main reason why i used this location.But now, i need to start to find other banks.

Not impressed with management. Quite rude. I was making a normal deposit with my wife thru the drive thru. Then the teller (also manager) said we need to come inside for two forms of ID. She refused to do it via drive thru. Once inside, the teller didn’t ask for two forms of ID. She said “manager didn’t feel comfortable doing it via drive thru” Either the process is broken or the manager wanted to inconvenience me and my wife. Not the first time for branch. Perhaps another bank is in order. I let my relationship manager know. Quite disappointed and dissatisfied. Btw, it’s cold and raining when this occurred.

When I moved my account/business to the Avalon Branch, I was treated with the utmost respect. I made the initiative to go inside to meet the branch manager Michael, and the head teller because I wanted them to know who I was. I have been very happy with this branch, and twice a month I am addressed as "Colonel" which is my retirement Rank. I give them 5 Stars?. Continue the good work!
