Worst service, finally brought our food but had to find someone to get silverware. No napkins. We eat at a lot of cracker barrel's and normally they are good. Not this one. Second time we are there and it's will be out last time there.

This Cracker Barrel used to be really good, then the real staff quit and were replaced by a bunch of high school children, with zero training on anything. The food is awful and the children don't mind cussing out customers.

Every once in a while I get horrible service here and this time was one of those visits. We popped in around 2pm for a late lunch. The service was very slow and our food was barely warm. So while half the order is being heated the other sides are now getting cold. We just decided to take our meal to go. I asked for a tea to go and the server brings out a small cup. I point to another gentleman and ask if I could get the larger size like his. It's these kinds of visits that give me pause because you just don't know if it's going to be one of those days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was once a great place. It has seriously gone downhill. The food is well below par. Our orders are NEVER correct especially on take out. The last time we went they were out of chicken and dumplings, green beans, okra, carrots, almost everything. They could fry us anything if it came frozen and could could be thrown in the fryer. We were extremely disappointed. We will not return.

How much can one possibly say about a strip mall or outdoor retail environment that doesn't have a fountain, pond and perhaps some rarefied South American water lilies growing along the lighting path but this place ain't nothing like that it's a typical outdoor strip center so that's all I can offer nothing wrong with it just wouldn't even get a Jesuit excited.
